An outstanding house with all the amenities you would like to have. From the moment we walked in through the door, we were almost tempted not to head out to the national parks to do all the walking we eventually did do. The host was fabulous and we would definitely return. Highly recommended.

We had an incredible stay in Ivins, Utah! The home was immaculate—brand new, beautifully furnished, and equipped with every amenity you could think of. The view overlooking the ancient lava field from Snow Canyon was absolutely stunning and added a unique touch to an already serene setting. The neighborhood was peaceful, welcoming, and clearly designed with relaxation in mind. The community pool and gym were great bonuses, and the adult-oriented environment made for a quiet and restful stay. The hosts were responsive, friendly, and made everything seamless from start to finish. Easy to access and perfectly located for outdoor activities. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and scenic getaway in Ivins!

We were in Ivins for business and Jackie was great to work with. The home is located near the Tuacahn theater at the mouth of Snow Canyon and we were able to catch a play while we were there.

Great stay. Perfect place for our girls trip. Very conveniently located to shopping, dining, and all the places we explored. Also very comfortable for the times we hung out at the house. Beautiful house, though a couple of practical things missing. Would definitely stay here again.

We really loved this cozy space. Everything was clean and spacious. Location was great. The amenities offered in the complex were wonderful.

A little difficult to find but after you find it everything is perfect! Loved the large private pool! Can’t say one bad thing about Shelby’s house! Would stay again in a heartbeat!! Has a binder of recommendations that was very helpful!

Beautiful place.. Beautiful surroundings

After another booking fell through, Samantha was very quick to answer and get us into her place. The view was absolutely beautiful. It is in a great location, close to anything you may need. The house was clean, comfortable, and large enough for all 6 of us. We highly recommend this home to anyone.

The place really is luxurious! Interestingly located within distance of Zion and Bryce Canyon national park, our family of 7 had a great time in this very pleasant, super clean and well decorated villa. The surroundings are quiet and private, which was highly appreciated. We felt right at home, and we would definitely recommend!

We had a great time! It was really quiet, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the bathtub very appreciated after a long day in the park!!

Michelle is a good host. The home is perfect. It’s only 25 minute away from the leas crowded east entrance to the Zion park and only an hour away from Bryce park. She is very responsive and helpful. It is a must stay when you’re visiting these two parks. Very secluded and quiet and affordable

The place was like a stand alone private hotel room. Very nice spot, great pool.

Ashely’s place was so welcoming and we felt right at home! Beautifully decorated, Ashley and her family have created a space where families can relax and reconnect. My teens and college kids loved the spacious feel to the home, giving them each some privacy as well as places to connect, play and relax. We had lots of ping pong competitions, card games and sat around and laughed as we told stories about our previous days in the canyon. The house was very well stocked with anything you could need and there were precious little touches that show that Ashley went above and beyond to create a special and unique experience. I enjoyed taking the time to read the book she made on the history of the home, as well as things to do in the area. We enjoyed the coffee shop just steps away from the house as well as delicious restaurants and fun hikes close by. At the end of our stay, our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer. We are already discussing our next trip to Zion and 44 West!

Michael and Wendy have a Dream Home! They are wonderful hosts of this amazing home just east outside of Zion National Park and 60 minutes south of Bryce Canyon National Park. There are not enough stars available in this review to describe how this home exceeded our expectations, unless we were to grab some stars from the incredible night sky outside their huge back deck! If you are looking for an upscale customized house just outside of Zion and Bryce, and are looking for quiet and privacy with incredible views, this place is for you! Thanks Michael and Wendy for making your home available to all of us stargazing mountain hikers!

My family and I came here for a hiking family trip. This was the perfect location and was so clean which is what we always look for! Absolutely loved the details of the kitchen and the hot tub after long hikes to Zion and Bryce Canyon. Extremely responsive hosts and so sweet to make our stay the best. They accommodated us to stay another night because we loved it that much!!!

Ashley’s Airbnb was wonderful!!!! I can’t thank her enough. It was spotless inside and outside was so peaceful and beautiful. This was my first time in southern Utah and it won’t be the last. Ashley was very kind to me and my family and took the time to welcome us. Thank you so much for a lovely stay, my kiddos would have liked to stay longer!

Wish we could have stayed longer! We will absolutely be staying here again on our travels, and for more days if possible. Beautiful kitchen and the surrounding area is ideal if you’re looking to hike in snow canyon, and there’s plenty to enjoy just in the backyard!

They are incredibly responsive and friendly, offering great local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything we wanted to explore. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Fantastic stay in Cedar City! Wonderful place with comfy beds, nicely sized kitchen with necessities, and a nice location to National Parks.

This house exceeded our expectations, it was beautiful with an amazing view. We came to Kanab as a family vacation to visit multiple national parks (Zion, Bryce Canyon and the Grand Canyon) and after hiking all day coming to this house to rest felt right at home. It was clean and comfortable. Laura was also a great host, she was responsive and accessible. If we ever decide to come back to Kanab we would not hesitate to stay here again.

I think this place is one of those “diamonds” you rarely run across on Airbnb. The home is immaculate and the attention to detail is amazing. They really take pride in this home and it shows through and through. Communication was great! Hosts are very kind. The home is just an absolutely wonderful sanctuary. Thank you for having us!
