Villa Östervik is located on the outskirts of Kristinehamn on the road to Karlstad. Large social areas both inside (250 m2) and large terrace (200 m2) The house has three floors Level 1: hall, living room, bedroom, toilet and kitchen Level 2: office/work area, and three bedrooms and bathroom with shower. The basement has a laundry room. The large fantastic kitchen is 50 sqm with a large table with room for 8 people. We also have a fantastic forest that offers a rich plant and animal life with both gravel road and animal trails. In winter, there are nice ice rinks for long-distance skating. The staff residence is located on a farm and every day there is the opportunity to come along and feed the animals.

Welcome to our cozy cabin! Nestled by the edge of a peaceful pool, you'll find a hot tub that comfortably accommodates up to five people, offering a stunning panoramic view of the lake. The jacuzzi and sauna is available year-round. The swimming pool is open from May until 6th of October, perfect for cooling off during warmer months. We also provide two paddleboards. Nature is just outside your door and in the evening you will watch the sun set over the lake. We look forward to welcoming you!

Our studio, built in 2016 is situated close to the city but still in the countryside. There are three beds - one single bed at the loft and a sofa bed (queen size) in the combined kitchen and living room. If there are requests, we can also arrange space for a fourth person on a mattress at the loft. Large bathroom with sauna. 28 sqm with bathroom and loft. Pool and garden are shared with the host family. A newly built outdoor gym is 100 meters from the studio.

The pool is open and heated June-August. Pool and gym are shared with us living in the house. 2 minutes walk to busstop with close connections to Örebro City and Marieberg Shopping Centre. Walking distance to pizzeria and the Golf Club.

Close to Lake Hjälmaren, nature reserves, and beautiful walking paths. Only rented to non-smokers.
