The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

It has the most beautiful view of the Baltic Sea and Falster. Dark Sky starry sky. Toilet and bath are in the harbor, a short distance from the tent. Located on the Camøno route: 5 min to Dagli 'Brugsen, 20 min to Stege, 40 min to Møns Klint. No smoking in the home or garden. Cleaning and laundry detergents are fragrance-free. Welcome to tranquility and scenic surroundings.

Our lovely cottage was erected and built in 2005, as a family project between two brothers and our respective families. New floors, sanitation, beds and more new furniture in spring 2025. Light and Nordic inspired studio located close to Vordingborg center and marina. Quiet area, free parking and both nature and town outside the door. Our basement apartment offers everything you need for a 2 persons stay. The kitchen is fully equipped for small meals, there is a smaller dining area in the room, along with a double bed. Toilet separate from the bathroom and laundry facilities in connection with the bathroom. Private entrance with key box in case we are not home to greet you.

At just 7.5 km from Vordingborg and 25 km from Næstved going out for brunch or dinner is just a quick drive away. Or you can enjoy grilling on the patio. Enjoy touring Møn and Falster, or the nearby beach of Svinø. This location is also perfect for exploring by bicycle.

Stay centrally in Vordingborg in a former studio in the old boulevard district. From here, you can easily visit Denmark's Borgcenter and the Gåsetårnet, listen to concerts at STARS, experience theater in Pavillon K, dine at the city's restaurants, go to the swimming pool and much more - and both the forest and the beach are within reasonable walking and cycling distance. The house sits front row to Avnø Fjord, with direct access to the salt meadow and coast, and lovely views of the fjord. Nature is close: hares and pheasants often pass by. The fjord is shallow and good for SUP, canoe and kayak. Outside: a fire pit and outdoor games. Inside: a wood stove, board games and a well-equipped kitchen.

The house offers 1 large bedroom, 1 office, large living room with high ceilings and lots of light and fully equipped kicthen, all with stylish and comfortable décor. You can enjoy the large garden where the sun shines from morning to evening or enjoy uninterrupted time in front of the fireplace or in the hot tub in the garden.
