You will stay in one of the oldest buildings in the village, in a completely renovated place that has retained its character. Pass by the viewpoint on the Loire and in the park opposite the cottage, before setting off to discover this multifaceted region! See you soon.

In a superb private mansion in the heart of the city with a view of one of the most beautiful squares in Nantes and located close to prestigious sites such as the Art Museum and the Castle of the Dukes, come and discover this 180 m2 apartment with refined, historical and luxurious decoration where each room is a journey. The apartment consists of two large bright living rooms, two bedrooms (king size bed and double bed), a boudoir (sofa bed), two bathrooms and a fitted kitchen.

House in the countryside

the cottage is located in the countryside 2 km from the village. It is a renovated cottage in an old building and perfect for a family or friends. In the middle of the fields and vineyards, you will spend a quiet stay, birds singing all day, frogs in the evening in summer and then the walks of squirrels, rabbits and other small animals. Stopover on the banks of the Loire

Located on the banks of the Loire a few kilometers from Nantes, Escale 175 welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. Facing the island of Pierre Percée, enjoy the green spaces, playgrounds and picnic areas, Ginguette ... but also restaurants just around the corner. If you travel by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a circuit of the "Loire à Vélo", a bike room has been specially arranged in the house. By car, you can park almost outside the door!

Nice apartment of 45m2 fully furnished in 2021 and redecorated in 2025. Located in the southern district of Vertou, in front of the vineyards and 5 minutes from the South Pole shopping center. Direct access to walking tours from the house. 20 minutes by car from the center of Nantes. The apartment is adjoining our house, with a private parking space. Ideal for working during the week or your weekend getaways! Quiet area, accessible only by car.

30 m2 studio adjoining our house,with independent access. 20 minutes from Nantes by car and 3.5 km from Mauves train station (Nantes 13 minutes). Close to the city center with all shops; bakery, butcher, restaurant, grocery store, shopping center. The Outbuilding

We will welcome you with great pleasure in our old 22 m2 winepress renovated in 2018. With a nice covered terrace. you will have a fully equipped kitchen area, a foldaway bed in the living room, a shower room. We are on a landscaped space of 2400m2 close to the village of our municipality of Champtoceaux (all shops within walking distance, open swimming pool in July and August in the center of town).

House on the Loire

248 Riverside is the former Rabotière café that was completely renovated by an architect and decorator in 2020. Ideally located 5 km from Ancenis, the house has exceptional views of the Loire with two beautiful terraces on stilts. One side faces the Loire and the other faces the garden. ​
