In the middle of the fields and vineyards, you will spend a quiet stay, birds singing all day, frogs in the evening in summer and then the walks of squirrels, rabbits and other small animals. Located on the banks of the Loire, 25 minutes from Nantes, this apartment, in the heart of a large house, offers you direct access to the Loire à Vélo. This cottage, completely refurbished, offers you a garden with a terrace. 30 m2 studio adjoining our house,with independent access. 20 minutes from Nantes by car and 3.5 km from Mauves train station (Nantes 13 minutes). Close to the city center with all shops; bakery, butcher, restaurant, grocery store, shopping center. For 2 guests double bed and possibility for another person( bench bed), an extra charge will be requested). Cosy apartment for 2 travelers near Nantes, in the vineyard.

The Outbuilding

We will welcome you with great pleasure in our old 22 m2 winepress renovated in 2018. With a nice covered terrace. you will have a fully equipped kitchen area, a foldaway bed in the living room, a shower room. We are on a landscaped space of 2400m2 close to the village of our municipality of Champtoceaux (all shops within walking distance, open swimming pool in July and August in the center of town).
