Well-equipped and fresh cottage on shared lake plot with sea view. The cottage is divided into a living room with kitchen area and living room. Bed loft with 2 single beds. In the living room there is 1 sofa bed sleeping 2 persons. The kitchen is equipped with fridge that has freezer compartment, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Dining area for 4 people. In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy stove. The bathroom section consists of a large shower room, sauna and separate toilet. Large terrace with lounge group and barbecue.

Experience the act of Stockholm and make memories for life. This unique and family-friendly place with a beautiful lake view. The house has all the comforts and is only 50 meters away from the water. Road all the way to the house and possibility to charge an electric car for a fee. Child-friendly sandy beach with bathing jetty and playground below the house. Several beaches in scenic surroundings right nearby. Fresh bread can be purchased at Rådmansö bakery (5 minutes), the nearest grocery store is ICA Gräddö (10 minutes) and Norrtälje (15-20 minutes)

Seaside summer dream

In Räfsnäs, in Norrtäljes archipelago is this place. The house is modern equipped with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer, a fully equipped kitchen and broadband. For colder days there is a fireplace/air heat pump inside the house and for hot there is AC. The house is located on a large plot of land without much transparency in an idyllic area with a noise city feeling. The distance to the sea is just 150 meters. There are several patios in different directions. Our favorite is our large deck with outdoor kitchen, large dining area and hot tub.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. The apartment is located south facing on the ground floor of a larger house built in the 40s. The apartment is newly renovated in 2024. 350m from grocery store 600m from the city center 1800m from golf course 1800m from outdoor bath Free wifi and parking with engine heater outlet at front door. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. Extra mattresses are available. All bed linens and towels are included. Cleaning is included once a week.

Koppla av med familj och vänner i detta fridfulla boende. I huvudstugan finns spis, kyl och frys, utekök med kolgrill, samt plats att sitta inne eller ute på altanen. 1/5-30/9 finns vatten framdraget till utekök samt utedusch finns med varmvatten. Urinseparerat utedass. Ett enkelt men bekvämt boende för upp till 6 boende. Vi som hyr ut bor i grannhuset. Ni är välkomna att sommartid låna våra två kanadensare samt två enkelkajaker för att ta er ut i viken. Tänd eld i kaminen om det är kyligt ute:)
