Such a cute cottage in a quiet neighborhood that we felt safe in. Great place with plenty of space for our four teenagers! Nice kitchen table for playing games at night. Exceptionally clean with quality linens on the beds. Nice minimal decorations with beautiful furniture in the living room. Fenced in back yard. Nice area to park under the car port or out front so you’re not parked on the street. Everything was just as described. Quiet, friendly neighborhood. The host was very proactive and quick to respond. They even turned on the porch light for us bc I told her we were arriving late on arrival day. These small gestures are very much noticed and appreciated. We would definitely stay here again! Jenna was a wonderful host! she was very responsive and her place looked just like the pictures. It was very clean, had clear instructions for check in/out, and a good atmosphere to it!

We came upon this place after our original Airbnb cancelled on us after check in time. Host was quick to respond and made it quick and easy for us. Area was clean and some nice shops and coffee close by. Found a local steakhouse a few blocks away that was great to eat at. Plenty of space for 2 families of 3.

We had a wonderful stay at Erin's place! The house was super cute and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the backyard drinking our morning coffee and listening to the birds and watching the squirrels play. It was very peaceful. The beds were comfortable. The house was very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. You can tell this area is getting built up but right now, we did not feel safe walking much past the block where the house was located. We would highly recommend checking out Baxter Ave (over the downtown area) for LOTS of choices in restaurants, live music, cute shops, etc. Thank you for sharing your home with us for our sisters / daughters weekend!

Great spot for a stay in Louisville. Jason was a great host and provided tons of details about the house. I would recommend staying here if you come to Louisville.

Anne was friendly and helpful. She supplied so many extras that there was something in each room to make you smile, from a S'mores kit to robes and slippers, and extra shampoo and body wash. We were able to use the fire pit and felt comfy and at home during our stay.

Claudia was a great host! She assisted with questions and helped us clarify needs with our stay. The home is beautiful, relaxing, and in a great neighborhood. We would plan to stay here again when we return for exploring the history of the Jeffersonville/Louisville area. So much to explore.

Great stay at Julie’s place. Had everything we needed plus extras in case we forgot something like shampoos and soaps. Nice living room away from the bedrooms so I could stay up and watch tv and not disturb my family. Close to all kinds of restaurants and stores as well as interstates for traveling across town.

Stayed just one night when in town for a high school graduation. Very close to the KY expo area. Quiet neighborhood.

We had a great stay here while we were in town for the Oaks and Derby. Kristin was very responsive, the home was clean, comfortable, and it was a great location. Quiet but walkable to great bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Easy to get to, nice little balcony, very clean, uncluttered. Bed was comfortable and there were extra linens. In fact, we are hoping to stay again this summer. Very thoughtful amenities. Always travel w dogs and always look for fenced in yard. The place was decorated very nicely, clean and had great games, comfy beds, tvs in each bedroom with headphones. Great shower too. Thanks!

Absolutely enjoyed my stay at Shannon’s. For starters, the loft is very airy, spacious and had everything we needed. We loved how close it was to pretty much everything and gave Jeff’s Donuts a run for our money. We loved how private and secure we felt and the access to the cute courtyard space for our little one to run his energy out. It’s right in the middle of campus somewhat, so foot traffic around the area is prominent. The parking structure is also super close, safe and spacious. We loved our view, however the highway is a bit noisy but to be expected in the area we were in. Everyone in the building was very friendly including the housekeeping staff. There was tons of space for us to store belongings, tons of kitchen space for groceries, etc. Coffee maker did not work, however we were able to get our hands on instant coffee. Other than that, we highly recommend Shannon’s! She was so kind to leave us with recommendations and super responsive as well! 10/10

From the spot on communication pre-arrival to the waiting hospitality basket to the immaculate and tastefully decorated home to the prompt replies to texts and emails during our stay, I can't say enough about the excellent experience we had from start to finish. We had lots of family to visit so we often were gone most of the day but returning in the evenings for a quiet moment on the beautiful front porch or backyard was heaven! Thank you John. We felt like we were your one and only guests, ever! We hope to return soon.

I absolutely loved the place! Such a cute little apartment. Nichole was immediately welcoming and lovely to work with. The check-in was easy and she was very communicative. I have no complaints! Parking was slightly difficult, but I would say it was easier than I expected from the listing. I rarely was able to get one of the places right outside but was always able to find one a short way away around the corner. The noise wasn't too bad at all aside from Saturday night when the bar nearby played some music with a bit of bass. Medium-strength earplugs worked great for me and I tend to have a hard time sleeping at the best of times. I will make a caveat that I usually go to sleep late. It may be worse if you try to go to sleep a bit earlier. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities needed. It was a bit muggy, but it was also incredibly humid outside and an older house so that was to be expected. This was my first time using Airbnb and I will definitely do it again based on this!

We felt like we were living in a treehouse (in a good way). The place is really well designed and feels very spacious. We loved walking each day to the Logan Street market, Foko, or the new nook coffee shop/bookstore. Shelby Park is in the neighborhood in transition, but on the rise. We love it.
