The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers. Charming roulotte nestled in a haven of peace, in the heart of the perch, on 2000 m2 of private land for the trailer. Calm, tranquility and disconnection guaranteed (with good Wifi anyway ;)) In the village, a farm (champs Romet) offers organic fruit/vegetables, meat and local groceries (Friday to Sunday). The charming villages of La Perrière and Bellême are 10 minutes away by car.

In the Perche Regional Park, next to La Perrière, we found our haven of peace and happiness, in perfect harmony with the beautiful nature of these places. The guest house is in the garden, just across the main house where we live all year round, surrounded by meadows, forest and Percheron horses.
