Apartment holiday rentals in Orio

A lovely place for a week vacation! Super central and close to the beach. Free parking a 5 min walk away, couldn’t ask for more. And, Hegoi is super responsive and a very helpful host! Highly recommend.

We traveled there with two other couples. The layout was great and the views spectacular. The kitchen was fully functional with everything you'd need to whip up an afternoon appetizer or meal. The sitting areas - both inside and out - were very comfortable and easily accommodated the six of us. I would highly recommend this property! It is on a steep hill so I would highly recommend taking a cab if you're arriving by train. It looked to be a short distance so we attempted to walk it and definitely got our workout in that day.

Inge’s place was one of the best guest accommodations we have ever stayed in. Luxurious, specious, squeaky clean, very comfortable bed and all the furniture, little touches like fresh flowers in rooms, great location to visit the area (once you get used to the road up it’s not that bad ;), nice walks for dogs straight from the house, great views and super helpful host. We all loved the place and would definitely stay again, if allowed. Thank you again, Inge for everything ❤️

commerces (bar, épicerie, boulangerie, pâtisserie) juste en face, très appreciables et arrêt train juste à côté du grand parking (San Sébastien à 30 min et bilbao environ 1h)

Sehr schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Gleich gegenüber ist eine Bäckerei und die Markthalle mit einem tollen Café. Wir waren mit 2 Kindern da und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Spielplatz ist auch gleich um die Ecke und zum Meer sind es nur wenige Minuten. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht.

El alojamiento es más amplio de lo que parece en las fotografías. El aparcamiento es indispensable para esa zona, nosotros llevábamos un coche familiar grande y cabía perfectamente. Está situado a 5 minutos de todo (playa, tren, supermercados,…) pero en una zona muy tranquila. Si hace algo de frío es bastante calentito. Las recomendaciones y la comunicación con Iker y Eli han sido estupendas. Sin duda para repetir!

We were a party of 7, 4 adults and 3 children aged 14, 12, & 9. We were family with 2 of us grandparents from the USA and son & family from Germany. Although Claudia spoke little English and we spoke even less Spanish we were able to communicate well with the help of the translate functions on our phones. Claudia carefully explained all the features of the accommodation and provided shopping and restaurant recommendations. She provided a welcome gift of the local cider and some cheeses. We also learned a little of the Basque language. As far as we were concerned, Claudia went well above our expectations. We were totally satisfied with our most enjoyable stay. Eskerrik asko Claudia.

We had the best stay at Guillermo’s place. Alex came to meet us and was so helpful with lots of recommendations. We played 3 hours of beach volleyball across the road from the apartment one night. Amazing place, amazing hosts, amazing area! Thank you both so much ❤️

An amazing location. This property is a gem. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor patio at the end of the day and to start our day. Kira was amazing, informative, and so attentive. The unit is within walking distance of everything, especially the bus station, which we utilized for our next stop in Bilbao. Would recommend this unit to others.

Location was second to none and the hosts were very responsive. If you’re coming to Donostia, this is the place to stay!

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in Bilbao. Het mooi opgeknapte en brandschone appartement was een fijne uitvalsbasis om de Casco Viejo te verkennen, maar ook de metro was dichtbij. Het appartement was ruim en licht, het bed perfect en de handdoeken heerlijk zacht en fris. Bij aankomst lag er fruit en wat broodjes voor ons klaar, zo lief! De eerste twee dagen was er een groot feest op het plein. Dat wisten we niet van tevoren, maar het was ook wel erg gezellig. We kregen zelfs gratis bier van de organisator, als compensatie voor de geluidsoverlast. Dat is misschien het enige (kleine) minpuntje; het appartement is wat gehorig, zeker als om 08.00 uur 's ochtends de glasbak wordt geleegd, maar dat weet je van tevoren als je in het centrum van een stad gaat slapen. Voor ons geen probleem.

El alojamiento se muestra igual que en el anuncio. Ubicación buenísima y todo muy limpio y ordenado. El piso es muy grande y bonito. Karmen fue súper amable, detallista y atenta respondiendo al momento. Sin duda, si vuelvo a Zarautz con amigas, volveré a contactarla!

This apartment is really special and we really enjoyed our 4 nights. It’s really well decorated, comfortable, and spacious. Comfortable beds and couches, great shower and bathroom, and complete kitchen. We were concerned about the lack of A/C, but the many ceiling and floor fans made it comfortable even when the temps were in the high 80s. The location is great, as expected, but being on the first floor above a super trendy pintxo bar (people lined up outside at all hours), we didn’t open the patio doors very much. And there’s lots of street noise (trash trucks, construction, etc) but the doors are very noise proof when closed. Overall, a very strong recommendation to stay here. Would definitely return.

The most magnificent setting, right on the beach. From morning swims to sunset drinks - what a fantastic place!

Tres bon accueille, de bon conseil pour les activités. Réactive à la demande. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour malheureusement écourté par là pluie mais nous gardons le conctact pour revenir avec plaisir quand le soleil sera de la partie. Merci pour tout.

nous avons passés 10 jrs incroyable ...repos calme relaxant ...belles promenades pour le chien et super emplacement pour les amateurs de peche...... les animaux sont super acceptés et on meme des copains de jeux sur place... pour ceux qui on besoin de l ordinateur ou de la tv le wifi est super sandrine est a votre ecoute ...n hesitez pas...vous etes super bien acceuilli merci sandrine et thierry pour cet agréable séjour...a bientot

El apartamento nos ha encantado. Hemos estado una familia de cuatro y nos hemos sentido muy a gusto. La anfitriona ha sido muy amable y atenta. El apartamento es bonito, cómodo, con unas vistas fantásticas, aparcamiento cercano y la estación de tren para coger el cercanías a Bilbao justo enfrente. No le falta de nada y, además, al ir con niños, hemos agradecido mucho los juegos de mesa. Los pequeños detalles se agradecen como el tener a disposición 2 tarjetas Barik para recargar, por decir alguno de ellos.

We really enjoyed our stay at Oscar's apartment. It was clean, well located to the beach and restaurants, whilst being a walkable distance to Old Town.

Hemos disfrutado mucho de la estancia. El espacio está perfectamente preparado y no hay nada que hayamos echado de menos. Muy recomendable e incluso repetiriamos!

Xabier was really quick to communicate and nice and friendly and helpful, would totally recommend. Communication and info sharing made access to the accommodation super clear and easy.

Ane is a wonderful, friendly host. She replied instantly to every question, and provided extremely helpful instructions about finding the apartment, and critically, where to park. (This is important if you have a rental car.) And she took the time to meet us in person when we drove in, to be sure we were able to get our stuff unloaded. This was no small thing, because the streets are tight in the neighborhood and it’s basically impossible to park on the street. Plus, the “welcome” bottle of local wine was very nice. The apartment was spotless, roomy and PERFECTLY located. Beds were comfy, bathrooms very clean, and plenty of towels and blankets. Being on the top floor, it includes an awesome patio. The washing machine came in handy. Importantly, the apartment is just outside Old City, which can get loud. A 5-minute walk from the Old City and the water, it’s quiet and a great place to relax after a day of hiking or exploring. 100% great experience. Eskerrik asko!
