Located in a small quiet village in the south of Charente, you have a large modern and well-equipped accommodation (Oven, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washing machine...) 3 bedrooms, one with a 160 bed with private bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs a mezzanine with 2 bedrooms (one with a 140 x 190 bed and the other a 120 x 190 bed) and a bathroom + a desk area You have a small enclosed courtyard with terrace in front of the accommodation. It has an Orange Livebox connected to fiber optics.

Small house full of charm, which has been completely renovated by us and now offers modern and functional accommodation, with an equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room, toilet, a living area with sofa bed, and a veranda. You have at your disposal a Tassimo coffee maker, in front of a small garden and barbecue. Linens and towels are provided as well as two adult bikes. On the other hand, we don't have Wi-Fi.
