The Smiddy Kirkwall

The Smiddy is a unique house, a converted woollen mill fully modernised with many special architectural features. Suitable for upto six adults, two children and one infant maximum. The house is decorated to a high standard with Orkney stone walls, oak flooring and oak stairway. 40 Alfred Street, Stromness is a charming 1800's, 4 star cottage set right on the sea with its own private pier and parking. It has a magnificent view over the sea, with stunning views of sunrises and passing vessels. A stay at this flat gives you easy access on foot to Kirkwall's town centre and all it has to offer. If you are taking a car to explore further afield, there is also on site free parking.
