Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Ormond-by-the-Sea

We were three adults and two teenagers. There was plenty of space, amenities were great. The heated pool and hot tub were a big hit with everyone. It's a nice and quiet area, with one bar/restaurant within walking distance. Everything else was an easy drive. Easy walk to the beach for the sunrise!

There are really no words to describe the perfection of this property. The house was beautiful and the beach view was astounding. It is a perfect little hideaway and I would highly recommend it.

This is our second stay with Annette as our host. She is always very responsive, sends clear instructions, and keeps the place very clean. When her place is available we will always choose it first.

Worked out well for a quick trip in town. Will be looking to see if it's available next time I'm in the area.

Perfect place for our birthday beach weekend. The house was spotless and comfortable as well as being in a super quiet neighborhood walking distance to the beach and river. There’s even a peekaboo ocean view from the front patio. The hosts were extremely responsive and gave us great dining recommendations. Highly recommend.

Carlas place in Flagler Beach is perfect for people looking for a quiet Florida Beach town experience. Located blocks from the ocean shops and restaurants it's easily walkable. The sunrises on the beach are not to be missed. This was our second stay there and we will definitely be back.

We stayed a month and found the apt clean, well stocked and comfortable. Its a very light and bright place that we enjoyed watching the ocean from the balcony and cross the street to reach the beautiful beach. The building is well maintained, the pool was awesome, convenient parking with a place to park our Bicycles. a great place to stay. Thank you Tracy

Greta stay ! Beautiful sunrise views from private balcony. Close to several restaurants we tried and a microbrewery also Starbucks a block away. There is a CVS, gift shop , 7-11 and so much more in walking distance . Even though building was under construction due to last hurricane, there was no noise or disturbances. We could walk down ramp to beach .

Place was clean, comfortable and quiet. View and sounds of the ocean were wonderful. Family really enjoyed it. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Bill

My husband and I chose this spot to get married, and choosing this Condo with Scott and his wife make the trip just that much better! It is CLEAN, tidy, and has everything you may need. The view is breathtaking, and Scott as well as his wife quickly responded to us when we needed help with water pressure issues, in less than 12 hours someone was there to fix it! I cannot recommend this enough! Choose this place, and you'll be happy, well rested, and will miss it the second you leave!

Nice place overall. Outside of the building was a little skeptical but once your inside the house it’s nice and clean.

It was a private little getaway from the city where you got to experience a little bit of farm life. We got fresh eggs from their chickens in the morning for breakfast, which was as delicious as can be, and goats milk from their goats which we helped milk! We loved the donkey and their adorable dog as well. Kathy and Mike were also amazing hosts who answered all of our curious farm questions and made sure our stay was something to remember. Definitely was worth a visit and we will for sure visit True Trail Farms again!

Perfect location for Rest & Relaxation! Heated pool was large, entry steps were easy to navigate & pool furniture was very comfortable! King bed was very comfortable with fine linens. Kitchen well stocked. A/C unit kept the condo very comfortable. Large deck with 4 chairs with perfect view of the ocean & pool. Unit close to stairwell with direct access to pool & would provide quick emergency exit. No driving on the beach & packed sand easy to walk on. Plan to visit again!

This condo was very well stocked. The balcony was lovely. coffee while looking at the ocean was a perfect start to our day. Michelle was a great host. She was available and effeciently answered all our questions and was quick to repair a broken disposal. We come for January and February most years. This condo and Michelle are great and we will stay again.

Well, what can I say? We had a blast! The place was perfect for us - two bedrooms, two bathrooms plenty of room in the common area and a balcony overlooking the beach! Also a pool downstairs, boogie boards, private access to the beach - I mean, what else can you ask for? The host was very responsive to questions, very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back!

What a beautiful home. House was spotless and accurately described. The pool was so warm but the kicker was watching the sunrise from the balcony! All instructions and expectations for check in and check out very clear. Highly recommend this condo! Any concerns or issues addressed almost immediately. We will be staying here in the future as we travel to the area to visit family frequently.

Excellent location right on the beach! Great Communication! PRO's: Easy / Lots of Parking, Very Roomy condo, Great A/C, Grocery Store, Dunkin Donuts, Dollar Store, 7-11 all directly across the street. Very quiet! CON's: Super Minor Stuff - Wish the beach access gate had a lock (appeared most other properties prevented access from the beach), with Publix's and Dunkin Donuts right across the street I observed quite a few people transiting through the property heading to Dunkin Donuts and grocery store and then later returning through the property back to the beach with their goods. Also, we like to BBQ and save some $$$... The single shared BBQ for use by everyone at the entire property was in pretty sorry shape - I would consider replacing. We would stay again!
