Its balcony has a view to the Aegean and also to the facing islands of Delos and Myconos. At the ground floor there is a garden and parking space. Inside the house, there is a room with a double bed, a living room with a table and 4 chairs and two single-beds. Also there is the kitchen and the bathroom.

The house is independent and is located in a real estate complex.
