Santamare Villa is an ideal summer destination for those visitors seeking relaxation, serenity and the discreet luxury of an island getaway. It has been built based on Cycladic tradition, designed with disarming taste and is fully equipped with everything required for an unforgettable holiday. The villa is located short distance from the beach “Lias”, which is a short, almost private, pebble beach with soft fine sand. The verandas and the pool offers a unique magic view of the Aegean sea.

The house is located at Agios Ioannis, in the area of Porto, 7 km from the center of the town. Ιt is located in the second floor and it has independent entrance. Its balcony has a view to the Aegean and also to the facing islands of Delos and Myconos. At the ground floor there is a garden and parking space. Inside the house, there is a room with a double bed, a living room with a table and 4 chairs and two single-beds. Also there is the kitchen and the bathroom.
