The place is also recommended for sports activities such as hiking and trekking. It has a wonderful view to Mount Athos. Our house is suitable for families with children and all adult stays. Situated near the entrance of the traditional settlement of Nikiti, this newly renovated, cozy studio is ideal for couples, friends and business travellers who want to explore Sithonia's peninsula. The house is located in the settlement of Ormos Panagias, 2 minutes by car from the beach of Trani Ammoudas. The picturesque harbor of Ormos Panagias is only 300 meters away and the traditional village of Agios Nikolaos is a 5-minute drive away. It consists of a bedroom with a king size bed and a living room with a sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen, fridge, hair dryer, WiFi, 32" TV, WC, air conditioning, washing machine, balcony, garden. There is a pet fee.

All three have a fully equipped kitchen with oven and electric hobs, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary kitchen utensils and crockery. All apartments have their own private bathroom with shower and plenty of hot water 24 hours a day. Within the fenced plot, there is free, secure parking for cars, in the shade of the trees.
