Lovely rural location but only 5 mins from the D524/D924 between Vire and Flers To help keep our guests safe we are following an enhanced cleaning routine.

The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers. Located close to the village of Châtillon-sur-Colmont between Mayenne and Ernée. We fell in love with Perche 15 years ago and decided to settle down there to renovate the barn. The desire to welcome and discover the treasures of this region was born a few years ago. And it is now a reality with this guest house in an authentic, bucolic and charming setting. Optional in addition to your stay: Osteopathy session for 1 or 2 people + baby with Antoine Préchac, physiotherapist and osteopath.

Independent studio with a view

Our studio of about 50 m2, refurbished and functional, is located in a place called quiet and peaceful on the heights of Ambrières-Les-Vallées. The living room consists of a bed and a sofa bed, accommodating up to 4 people. Access to the greenway on the old railway, used by Vélo Francette, is located about 500 m from us. We look forward to welcoming you!

A peaceful oasis in the middle of Parc du Perche

In the Perche Regional Park, next to La Perrière, we found our haven of peace and happiness, in perfect harmony with the beautiful nature of these places. The guest house is in the garden, just across the main house where we live all year round, surrounded by meadows, forest and Percheron horses.
