Pain Percheron

1.5 hours from Paris, between Verneuil sur Avre and Mortagne aux Perche, this bread oven is part of a beautiful 18th century farmhouse, from where Percheron pioneers left to create New France (Canada). In a green and relaxing setting, lovers of the countryside will appreciate the charm of this comfortable cottage, located on the edge of the Perche state forest, where there are many monasteries including the Notre Dame de la Trappe abbey. The Coudray cottage is a charming cottage with sauna in the heart of the Normandy countryside. Located in the Orne, close to the village of Camembert, this warm house is typically Norman, mixing bricks and half-timbering. Totally independent, it is at the center of a preserved environment: a 2000 m² garden and pastures as far as the eye can see. Located in the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, in a typical hamlet, Marie's house is a cottage completely renovated in 2019 in keeping with the Percheron style (old tiles, lime plaster, exposed beams...). Equipped with all the necessary comforts and fiber, it is the perfect place for your stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. A charging station is accessible according to conditions. Calm, nature and local products will be there.

Après avoir sillonné les nombreuses balades au départ de la maison ( à pied, à cheval en auto ou à vélo), récréatives, sportives ou bucoliques, venez prendre du repos au fond du jardin, au bord de la Corbionne ou réjouissez vous devant un bon feu…

Notre gîte est situé au bord des eaux de la Ranvre, en lisière de la forêt d’Ecouves, au cœur du Parc Naturel Régional Normandie-Maine, labellisé Géoparc mondial UNESCO. Parcourez les chemins forestiers grâce aux VTC électriques disponibles en location ( 15€ la journée ou 10€ la demi-journée)
