Located on the first floor of a 17th century building of great architectural and historical value, it has recently been restored. The neighbourhood is safe, clean, rich in monuments and with all the amenities within a few minutes’ walk: restaurants, pizzerias, delicatessen, supermarkets, shops, tourist office. In a great position to visit Orosei and its beaches.

Marvellous apartment in a typical Sardinian style, decorated with soul and love. Comfort and charm of ancient and natural elements such a stone and wood, makes it unique, special, and ofcourse, homey. Great for a couple or a family/group of four. Equipped with everything for comfortable rest. Home, terrace and the view that you'll find hard to leave. I suggest to my guests to rent a small car, to avoid difficulty for passing the streets. However, the car is important for getting around.

What can I say? Really nice!A quiet and peaceful village, you can breathe fresh and clean air. A few kilometers from wonderful beaches and picturesque mountains. Very easy to reach, super welcoming and well-kept!!A stone's throw from all the services. Excellent. Value for money. The terrace where😋😋 I had breakfast overlooks a majestic mountain, a real joy for the eyes😊😊. The room is comfortable and spacious and has a nice bathroom with a large masonry shower. You are pleasantly impressed by the whole structure that recalls a traditional Sardinian style. I can't help but mention the welcome of Anna, kind, hospitable, caring and helpful. She puts you at ease, makes you feel at home!!! I highly recommend it.😊😊

Beautiful accommodation. Looks just like in the pictures or better 😍 communication was great and got fast responses. Nice breakfast, easy to park in the area (low season). There is a beautiful rooftop terrace where you can see the sunset 😌 We asked the host for a wine bottle opener and 5 minutes later, someone was at our door. Can really recommend and would love to go back

Great apartment! The garden is very large and completely fenced off so it was paradise for our dog. The hosts have their own lemons and oranges, which they have made available to us in a bowl. With a bottle of wine. Pierra and her husband live on the property, we rarely met them and it was super friendly every time! At the end, we were invited for a coffee. The apartment was super equipped, very nice and bright and plenty of space! Modern and very clean! And we're a bit fussy! We will definitely be back.

All in all a great stay! For olive farmers it’s usual to have some dogs, so you may hear some barking in the background at times. The scenery and the beautiful house make up for it though! Very close to beautiful beaches, mountains, archeological sites, agriturismo’s. Definitely made the right choice, there was no other house as beautiful at such a good location! The owners were very friendly and helpful too.

Daniela was very friendly and helpful, she personally greeted us at check-in. The place has everything you need and was very clean. We felt right at home. It is a good place to make excursions to different beaches. We particularly liked the fact that the garden and the property are fenced, so we could let our children play outside in a relaxed way. We would be happy to come back ❤️

Lovely couple, really helpful. The flat is well located on the edge of town, short drive to local beaches. Enjoy coffee and breakfast on the outside area which is nicely shaded
