Villa holiday rentals in Orosei

Clean, pleasant and quite adequate accommodations for a group of 7/8 people. However, the balcony on the 1st floor is not pleasant because of the net from floor to ceiling. Too bad. Lack of culinary amenities. But the owners are very welcoming and customer service. We are delighted with our stay.

Very good place we stayed 11 days the villa was impeccable and the hosts were easy to reach and kind. If you want to visit all of my Sardinia we recommend that you rent a car so that you can get around.

The location on the fantastic beach is just wonderful, our family with two kids enjoyed it a lot. The house is well furnished and from the seating area and dining table you can see the sea. In the neighborhood are also restaurants and other beaches - so a wonderful stay!

We stayed here during the WRC in Sardinia and really enjoyed it. The location was great for getting to the stages, and the place was super clean and comfortable. The hosts were friendly and let us check in early, which was really helpful. The kitchen was well equipped, and parking was easy too. Would happily stay again.

Exactly what it looked like on the app. Our host was lovely. Baked us a cake which was delicious. You need a car but it is only 6 or 7 mins to town and 20 mins or less to numerous beautiful beaches.

We had a lovely few days staying at this secluded and characterful house situated on a hillside with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Oliena is walkable from the accommodation and there are some beautiful and challenging walks to do in the area. The Sardinian culture is very much alive here and we enjoyed exploring the local cuisine and culture. A very enjoyable few days.

We were here with our 3 year old daughter. The house has everything you need, a beautiful garden with a beautiful terrace and comfortable loungers and seating and a great roof terrace from which you have a view of the sea and the beautiful landscape. We enjoyed having breakfast here and watching the stars in the evening. The kitchen is quite small, but it has everything you need and the living space is very large and very beautiful. Beds very comfortable. Beautiful beaches are 15-30 minutes' drive away. There are no supermarkets or restaurants within walking distance, so you need a car. Everything else is great and we would love to stay there again. Thank you, it was a wonderful vacation in this great house! Thank you

The most special thing about the apartment its location. It’s a very short walk to several beautiful beaches, with gorgeous coves and cafes under the pine trees. The apartment was just what we needed and happily housed our family of 5. Thank you to Virginio for being so helpful and accommodating.

We spent 7 days as first guests at the newly renovated villa and enjoyed it very much. The kitchen is well equipped and they provided salt, pepper, spices and dish washing tabs. The air conditioners are brand new and silent. The 5 double beds have quite hard mattresses, however still comfortable. The bathrooms are very modern and stylish. The owner provided 2 sets of keys, beach umbrellas, beach chairs/ towels. There is a beautiful view to the sea from the dining area as well as from the bedrooms upstairs. The owners representative was very responsive and helpful. The garden is beautiful and well maintained. The Internet was available but low speed. The rocky beach can be reached by 10 minutes walking and allows snorkeling. The sandy beach can be reached by car in 5min with free parking lots. A small supermarket can be reached in 5 min by car and a nice Italian restaurant is there as well. We enjoyed our vacation and recommend this villa.

The house was clean and beautifully renovated, boasting modern amenities while maintaining a traditional feel. It was very quiet and relaxing, conveniently located within walking distance to the beach. One of my favorite aspects was enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise. The host was very helpful and responded promptly to all of our questions and requests. It is important for future guests to know that the house is shared. During our stay, the lower level of the house was booked by other guests. We had access to the ground level and the second level of the house and we occasionally met the other guests in the garden area.

Very happy with the piol. Some noise from the hotel next door on two evenings which stopped at midnight. Very well equipped kitchen. Very generous food for us on arrival. We were delighted.

We really enjoyed the time at the villa. Everything is so great and lovingly furnished, the house, the garden and the beach. The communication was great and everyone was so helpful. We went with our 10-month-old son and they arranged a baby bed for us. Really everything is great and the surroundings are really great. White sandy beach and Caribbean flair 5 minutes away by car.

this house is so beautiful, new and clean. It is perfect for group of friends or families. It is close to the Main Street of the town and restaurants. Our hosts are very kind and warm. We had great time here. I would recommend this house for whom want to visit the north Sardegna.

Villa MAJU is a true diamond in the rough— a rare combination of beauty, charm, comfort and personality. Every aspect of the villa and our stay was considered and Julie was extremely responsive and helpful with anything that we may have needed help with. An ideal host and a stunning home with magical views of the ocean and the bucolic Sardinian countryside, only a few blocks away from a private local beach. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

Francesca’s place is a fantastic find, a charming house with character, spacious bedrooms, luscious garden and that beautiful panoramic view of the sea that we never get tired of looking and enjoying its crystal clear water with white sandy beach. Although sun is shining the wind is a bit nippy. We felt very much at home since arriving. The garden bedroom is brilliant but internet/wifi connection is very poor. So out with our books and board games! The shower outside in the garden is definitely a welcome change but can’t help feeling conscious from would be prying eyes - there was none! We could do with a bigger kitchen to prep our food but it is well equipped. Overall it has been a very enjoyable stay and my family and I will definitely come back to this place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Can’t say enough nice things about Cecilia and Roberto! So sweet, friendly, warm and welcoming the minute we arrived! Super helpful with any questions we had and gave us amazing local recommendations for food and beaches. Their place is so private and beautiful. Great layout for multiple people or families visiting. We enjoyed the outside so much, sitting in the mornings with our coffee looking out into the gorgeous view, playing boce ball, jumping on the trampoline and hours of fun in the wonderful, large pool. We can’t wait to come back for another memorable family vacation :)))))))

Antonio was a great host and had a beautiful home. His service and hospitality went above all expectations. Would definitely stay here again if I were to ever visit Arbatax in the future. He even went out of his way to give us a ride home from the beach one day as well as sent us tons of great recommendations. AC worked wonderfully for anyone concerned about that feature.

Catia’s is one of the best houses we’ve stayed in! Beautiful inside and out, the pictures here don’t do it justice. The surrounding area is peaceful and very green, the views breathtaking. Even though there are plenty of great beaches in the area, we spent so much time at the house and pool. It is quite isolated and a little far from the main road, but we didn’t mind this as the house is well equipped with everything you need. Highly recommend staying here when in Sardegna.

The villa was beautiful and very spacious, the photos don’t do it justice, everything is very clean and well maintained including the pool. Great superking bed! Hosts were very friendly despite the language barrier, they even brought us some home made wine one evening when we were enjoying our dinner on the terrace which was excellent. The wifi is poor so if you are relying on internet/ working from home you will struggle, we had very little signal. Wouldn’t recommend if you are scared/ nervous of dogs, there are 4 chihuahuas, one is very friendly- they didn’t bother us as we are dog lovers but if you’re not a dog lover it’s best to be prepared. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We had a great holiday and felt very comfortable. On arrival, we shopped in a supermarket on the way from the airport. This was not necessary, because the necessary for dinner and breakfast was already waiting for us in the house. The house was fully equipped and we only missed a bread knife 😉

Chiara's house is easy to find on good roads and in a quiet neighborhood. It's really well equipped for cooking at home, spotlessly clean and the air conditioning is really effective. The pool is great, plenty big enough for our family of 5 with three teenagers to play in. We loved the local beach, genuinely less than 10 minutes walk, beautiful sea with so many fish and white sand. We went to lots of the beaches nearby, which were all stunning and even though they were busy we could always find somewhere to put up an umbrella or two (helpfully Chiara had several in the house!). Budoni and San Teodoro are classy towns with lots of restaurants and cafes, beautiful night markets and shops. Chiara's instructions for everything were super clear and she was really helpful with local recommendations when I asked. We had a fantastic holiday and would 100% recommend this house!

We had a lovely time in Sardinia in Sara's sweet and cozy place. We were 5 adults and the size was completely sufficient for us. However, for more than 5 adults we would not recommend it as it could get too tight in the long run. The house was well decorated, the kitchen fully equipped and it was very clean. The house included a beautiful pool, a practical outdoor shower and a small children's corner that we did not use. In our time there was a cat with 2 kittens on the property which we regularly provided. We'd appreciate it if they could continue to be taken care of. Particularly noteworthy is that we had a very flexible check-in time and were therefore allowed into the house before. Sara was very friendly and always available. We were completely satisfied and would come again!
