Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Orosei

From the minute we booked Fabio's place he has been a first class host. Always replied to questions and has been extremely helpful both before and during our stay, nothing was too much trouble for him. The property was pristine and it is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood just 2 minutes walk to the beach with a selection of bars and restaurants to eat and drink from. We cant reccommend this property highly enough and if motorcycling is your thing it is perfectly located to explore the amazing roads and scenery Sardinia has to offer. We had a great familyholiday! The beach is close by (3min walk) and beautiful! The house has everything someone would need, it‘s clean and comfy. the contact with the owner is quick and easy! we would love to come again, it was perfect!

Piero's place was absolutely beautiful. We spent every morning eating in the garden and the location was very good. Close enough to the centre to be able to explore but far away enough so that it was not too noisy. Piero was very attentive and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable as he checked us in himself :) Thank you so much! We will hopefully be back soon!

Great location to base a family during a Cala Gonone stay. Walkable to beach and restaurants.

Alberto's apartment is very tastefully decorated and very pleasant. The place is sunny and quiet, the parents next door extremely warm and accommodating. There were the best citrus fruits right from the garden! Grazie mille!

If you want to stay in the bluezone town of Baunei, this place is perfect. The highlight was the balcony - one of the best views (if not, the best view) i've ever seen! There are two balconies - your private small one and the shared large balcony which we had to ourselves 99% of the time. A spritz, cheese and Sardinian bread with our friends on this balcony will be a forever memory on our Sardinian trip. A local grocery store with a deli of fresh bread and cheeses only a 30 second (maybe more, but felt very short) walk up the cobblestone street. We had two rental cars between us four, and Giovani was very accomodating - but lucky we had little cars. If you have limited Italian, I would recommend having google translate at the ready for check-in. A great stay and would stay here next time we are in Baunei no doubt.

The apartment has been classically equipped and sparkling clean☺️. We enjoyed the time very much.

We are thankful to Franco and his mother Pietra for our stay at their house. Franco is very responsive and helpful, easy to communicate with and friendly. Lady Pietra is a caring and very nice person, we were glad to meet her and talk to her. She met us at the house and explained everything really well. The apartment is a part of a family house with a separate entrance. There is a lot of space, big enough for a big family. It feels cozy as at home. There are big windows that give much light, and the balcony with a garden view is a great place for morning coffee. All the amenities were in place, and we had everything we needed for a great time. While the house is located at a quiet side street, there are shops and restaurants in a walking distance. You can even walk down to the beach by feet though it's easier by car. I would definitely recommend staying in this tranquil and beautiful place.

We had a very nice stay at the villa. The view is really wonderful and gives a lot of rest and relaxation. If it doesn't necessarily have to be a sandy beach, you can also walk well in front of the cliffs and take a swim and sunbathe there. The location of the house also offers a good starting point for excursions. We enjoyed our time very much.

Brunella and her husband are very nice hosts and immediately on hand if you need help! We were received in a very friendly manner, the apartment was spacious, clean and has everything you need! The mosquito screens on the doors were brilliant! The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, parking is always sufficiently available. Walking to the beach was too far for us (about 20 minutes), but there was always parking available there too. We would love to go back to Brunella's apartment if we come back to the area! Sabrina's place is very nice, clean and modernly furnished. You are right in the middle of nature, next door a few cute donkeys. Sabrina is very nice and also sent us recommendations for the area. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly and everything else was great. Super equipped kitchen, cozy bed and a nice terrace. We even had fresh fruit, some snacks and drinks to welcome us.

Spectacular stay, immersed in the Gallura countryside, in the garden of the house tall oak trees, shady, and a beautiful swimming pool to cool off in the absence of a nearby beach. We had the very pleasant company of two kittens, polite and affectionate, and as night fell, a curious but discreet land hedgehog visited us. Very fresh house inside, a pleasant surprise for the summer that is beginning. Unexpected comfort in a country house: the dishwasher! It saved us from tedious post-dinner chores. Comfortable beds, a large bathroom with a washing machine, and a spacious and bright dining room. And surprise... free wifi! We thank Antonio for the pleasant weekend and we will be back!

The stay at Sandra's place turned out to be really enjoyable. The house is brand new, furnished in a simple way but with everything you need. It is immersed in the most absolute peace, you can only hear the bells of the cows nearby. The setting is in fact suitable for animal lovers and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The nice thing is that the beaches are still reachable in a short time and the same goes for Orosei, the main center of the area. In short, great location, clean and bright house and Sandra was very kind, even in meeting us regarding check-in and check-out. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay, a little outdated but super charming. Especially the outdoor area in front of the house has invited us to linger. There are two air conditioning facilities that can easily cool the whole house. Only the water in the house was only cold available. Outdoor shower was also warm. Unfortunately, the price was a bit high for the low season in September. 800€ for 6 days was significantly too expensive. Thanks for the great stay.

Francesca’s home in Cala Suaracchia exceeded all expectations! The house is well equipped and spacious, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. There is so much to do in the local area too- multiple different boat tours (dolphin tours too!!), boat hires, sea kayaking, and other activities are on offer from the beach just below the house, and free use of a swimming pool a short walk away. Plenty of places to explore in the nearby area, and lots of amazing snorkelling spots! Francesca responded quickly to any queries we had before and during our stay, and the local staff were friendly and helpful during our check-in and check-out. Thank you for helping us have the holiday of a lifetime- we only wish we could have stayed for longer!

We had a great week at the accommodation. It is very nice and large enough for a family with two children. The terrace is lovely. The accommodation is located on a quiet street with parking space. You have to take the car for all activities, the surroundings are not suitable for walking. The Gulf of Orosei from Arbatax is splendid! We also recommend Lido di Orri beach, beautiful!

Perfect location! The almost private beach just across the street, the local beaches a walking distance away.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Anita's place. The apartment offers all necessary amenities, was very clean and had nice and rather new furnishing. For those wondering - there is only 2 steps inside the apartment when walking to the bathroom, otherwise it is all flat on the same level as the terrace. die to its location and positioning, the place also stays cool even on hot days, although there was also an AC, which we never used. Quiet surroundings, 2min walk to the next beach, at least 4 very good restaurants in walkable distance. We could also take any beach equipment, towels, toys we wanted with us, which was extremely convenient when travelling light. Anita was particularly helpful with any questions or inquiries we had - from restaurant or beach recommendations up to giving us her sky box to watch a match that wasn't on TV - very responsive and nice, without being intrisive or anything.

Federica is amazing, friendly, always willing to help. Beautiful environment full of flowers, very pleasant, tastefully furnished apartment with a divine terrace and a comfortable bed. I felt right at home. Very nice and friendly attitude towards my four-legged companion. 🙂 Mile, upon arrival, had a bottle of chilled water waiting for me in the fridge. The shop was just a few steps away. Federica also recommended where to buy excellent ice cream. I highly recommend this accommodation. I hope to return to this oasis of peace with lovely people again. Best regards🌸

Small apartment just next to a beach. We were working remotely from the apartment. Wifi wasn’t good, but according to Graziano, that should change in the future. Also the kitchen is really small and on the opposite side of the apartment that the table. We appreciated washing machine, huge terrace and closeness of the sea. Graziano is really nice guy.

Cecilia was so accomodating to our family and it was a great little village right by a lovely beach which was perfect for the kids
