The cottage is located a stone's throw from the shore of Lake Vättern with Omberg as a backdrop and with the beautiful plain that spreads around Borghamn. We look forward to meeting 2025 with upcoming guests and please do not hesitate to look at the listing and contact me for any inquiries. Att få bli ett med naturen i en magisk omgivning är något speciellt. Här kan ni slappna av och bara njuta! Till byggnaden hör även en terrass med bord & stolar. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. Ladhus Nyberga

Välkommen till vårt nybyggda fritidshus i Hästholmen, Östergötlands västkustpärla. Byggår 2022, perfekt för semester med hela familjen eller vännerna. Huset kan bekvämt ta emot 6 st sovande gäster, stor trädgård, 2 min till bad, lekpark & glass. Huset ligger beläget intill Östgötaleden med sin vackra natur, 5 min till Omberg och golfbana, 30 min till Vadstena och Gränna. Runt knuten ligger även Västergårdens ställplats för husbilar.

Welcome to our summer house! At a distance of 200 meters, you will find unique beaches and rock pools. Östgötaleden extends below the house and a walk of about 20 minutes and you are in Omberg's beautiful beech forest. Hästholmen is a small harbor village that offers nice walking paths, lots of culture, swimming, restaurants and ice cream café. As well as proximity to Omberg's golf resort.

Car is recommended, the nearest bus is 7 km away.

Our place is in a small community close to art and culture, downtown and restaurants and food. You'll love my place because of the small cottage's nice location in a cultural landscape that suits different ages. The cottage is on the grounds where we also live. Suitable for solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

A charming 1840s cottage that has had a facelift in recent years. Here lived the miller and his wife, right next to the mill, and you can hear the quiet murmur from the basin between the houses. Here you can enjoy the silence and be amazed by the cows grazing with their calves.
