Newly-renovated house (54 m2) with idyllic rural location, close to the community and nice swimming areas. The house is secluded on the host's property and has its own private parking and patio. Barbecue is available to borrow and there is evening sun on the front of the house. Only 2 km to Kungshamn and 4 km to Smögen. The bus stop is 200 meters away and it is walking and cycling distance to swimming areas. You need to bring your own linens and towels. Guests are responsible for cleaning. Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

A summer cottage in Hovenäset with a fantastic view of the sea. Approximately 200 meters to Hovenäset swimming area and 10-minute drive to the popular areas of Kungshamn and Smögen. The house is located at the top of Hovenäset with a fantastic view over the sea, large balcony with sun from early morning to late afternoon and a glazed patio for the evening or protection from the sun. Many lovely hiking trails in the area. Fantastically nice surroundings and nature. Sotenäs Golf Course and several restaurants in the nearby area.

The apartment is in a quiet area with only a few minutes' walk to the nearest swimming and restaurants, as well as the Zita boat that in the summer takes you over to Smögenbryggan and/or the Hållöexpressen that takes you to the west coast's finest swimming. Newly-built tiny house - the perfect place to stay if you want to have access to a place to stay that's out of the ordinary! The house offers a spectacular view with the forest as the nearest neighbor. Despite its small size, there is a simple kitchen, dining area, toilet and a comfortable and secluded sleeping area with a 140 cm bed. Outside, there is also a private balcony, a private outdoor shower with hot water and cold water and a larger gravel patio with outdoor furniture and barbecue.
