House holiday rentals in Ortaca

We had the most wonderful summer staying in this beautiful villa. Aircon throughout and a bathroom for every bedroom was brilliant. The outside area is such a comfy and inviting space, so much so we spent most nights sitting out there relaxing. The garden area is beautiful and there is lots of space to sunbathe or lots of shade if you want it. The outside area really is a wow factor. It was only a 20 minute walk into town and a taxi from town to the villa didn't cost much at all. Overall, an absolutely brilliant stay and a holiday we wish we could do all over again.

Mr. Bayram is a host who supports you very quickly both before and during the stay every time you need it, the garden is big and clean, the house is very useful and well prepared. It was a comfortable accommodation for 3 families. The pool is spotlessly clean, the sea can be reached within a short distance. If we are going to be diving in the coming year, I plan to stay here without looking anywhere else, we would like to thank Mr. Bayram for his interest and support again...

Ms. Özge and her husband greeted us personally at the door. We had problems in another house and changed our route and came here, it made us forget our bad experience. Everything was spotless and the house was peaceful. It's a much more beautiful house than the photos. The house is located in a central place, closest to all sightseeing routes, very attached to the bazaar. The garden of the house is great. There is a great pier belonging to the house at the end of the pomegranate garden, we had the opportunity to fish there, Ms. Özge and her husband helped us from the camping chair to the inventory where we will fish. We most loved fishing while we accompanied the sunset and birth at the pier. The pool was spotless and we used it very comfortably with our children. A very beautiful house in nature, definitely stay here if you are on your way to Dalyan. Great family very hospitable. We say that we now have a door in Dalyan, we felt at home. We will definitely be back. Glad we crossed paths. Thank you so much for everything.

Mr Huseyin and his family are wonderful hosts. Communication is great, they are friendly, kind and extremely welcoming. Check in/out by Dale on behalf of the host was smooth and easy. The Villa is an amazing place to have a relaxing stay. Clean, spacious, homely, great facilities, as described and as the photo's clearly show. The location of the Villa is quiet and private but only a short walk into the centre of Dalyan and the many shops, bars and restaurants. The host cleans the pool and gardens everyday which are immaculately maintained with fruit trees, plants and flowers. I stayed with my Mum and Daughter, we had a fantastic holiday. This is a special place to stay and come home to after a day of trips or sightseeing, made particularly memorable by the hospitality of the host and his family. The saying 'we arrived as guests but left as friends' has never been more true. I would highly recommend Villa Pedaliza and will be booking again on my next visit to this beautiful area.

What a fabulous villa. The pictures were accurate, the space was perfect, the rooms were spacious & clean, the pool was great & cleaned daily. The location was perfect as we wanted something quiet & it was an enjoyable walk in to Dalyan. We would thoroughly recommend and we will definitely be back. Thank you! ❤️

Friendly hospitality, immaculate place, we were 4 people, we had a very nice time, the lemon trees were very good at cleaning in the smells of lemon

We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Cozy, Ihsan and his family were so attentive and even gave us a welcome cake. The property was spotless and in a good location with a bar opposite and a small supermarket about a 3 min walk away. Easy walk into town about 8 mins. The villa is stunning and had all the facilities you could possibly need, we cannot recommend this villa enough and will be back next year! Thank you!

The villa is fantastic. You feel right at home. The equipment is very high quality. Every room is equipped with climate. The pool is serviced daily. You don't even notice because the gardener/pool service comes in the morning. The location is great because you can reach every fantastic bay super quickly by car. We will be renting this villa again very soon... The hosts are incredibly nice and friendly. Super helpful with questions or expectations. In our case, I also have to charge them super high that they immediately asked if they could do something for us when they learned that we called the ambulance because of my father (75, heat stroke). First of all, the house has a peaceful garden, the smell of magnificent flowers welcomes you as soon as you enter, the house has a patio that is definitely perfect for relaxing your peace of mind, especially in the evenings, it is perfect with a yakamoz, especially in the evenings, the living area meets you, the living area is large enough and the very cool kitchen section is quite enough, my wife has found a pattern cake mold to make a cake, think of you, and the host, Ms. Nurcan, the taste and 😃order in every corner of the house definitely deserves a great appreciation, and the air conditioning is available in two of the bedrooms upstairs, you can sleep very comfortably, you can sleep very comfortably. The house is already very calm in terms of location, and we definitely recommend for a peaceful holiday that is very close to the magnificent vaccination beach in a very calm place in terms of location. We leave by collecting very good memories. We leave Ms. Nurcan opens the doors of her house to us and the perfect hosting.

We were only able to stay at Mr. Ethem and Ms. Nuray's house for one night, luckily we came on a very hot day. However, thanks to the air conditioning in the house, we were very comfortable. The location of the house was quite close to the bazaar center. It was a very clean and comfortable house, we look forward to a longer stay. Thank you for everything

Overall, we were very satisfied with the house. The house was spotless. It was very pleasant to sit in the front garden of the house, we always ate our meals in the garden. The house was just as it appeared in the photo. The only thing missing is that we wanted to barbecue, because it was outside the garden, we did not think that we could not be very comfortable. Although there are mosquito nets everywhere, I think flies entered the house, and I think you should definitely take medicine. Other than that, it was a very pleasant holiday for us. Lovely clean villa. Just a small note- this is a semi detached shared with the owner but self contained. The pool is shared with the owner not private. No access to the pool from the balcony, you have to go through the house to get to the pool. If cooking take everything, tea,coffee,salt&pepper, oil etc. No loo roll,bin bags, washing powder, toiletries are provided. But very clean & comfortable. A 2 minute walk to the centre of Dalyan, the last drop for a drink is Hotel Nish Caria right on the corner of the villa, Migros supermarket 1min walk. You will be adopted by more than 10 cats which was lovely! A great villa for up to 6 people, 3 bedrooms each with en suite. A nice base to explore the village. A good value for money, we’d consider this again. Well done OGÜN & Semra!

Uncle Hasan and Aunt Belgin loved the sweetest people in the world. They were very hospitable. We came in the winter and warmed up with air conditioning. But it would be a very nice place for the summer, the garden is peaceful. We'll be back in the summer❤️

It was very nice to have a calm, peaceful and private atmosphere from the moment we entered the house. Mr. Ali welcomed us very well and we immediately found answers to our questions with instant responses. It was a place that I and my fiancée would like to come again and again.

It's quiet and peaceful, the same as in the photos. The house was clean and new. Thankfully, Mr. Selim responded to all our questions quickly and tried to help. The lemon trees are also extremely beautiful. In touch with nature, the mountains can hit when you are not accustomed to your view and oxygen:) Our children had fun in the pool. Although it was extremely hot, there was an air conditioning advantage in every room, but unfortunately we did not benefit much so that the children did not get sick. Overall it was nice, thank you ☺️

The size, garden, pool, furniture and decoration of the house were good. Each room has air conditioning and a bathroom. There is enough equipment in the kitchen. The garden is spacious and beautifully landscaped. We had a pleasant and peaceful holiday for 5 days. It's a little far from the center on foot, but if there's a car, it doesn't matter.

Intimate and authentic house ideally located overlooking the Lycian tombs. The ferry to Dalyan is very close and very fast. The hostess has a beautiful garden and is very kind. Communication is done with the simultaneous translation of the smartphone. And in addition our hostess makes a delicious homemade pomegranate juice!

I am all in all very satisfied. We wanted something quiet to relax with a pool. Everything is fully fulfilled and more.
