Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Ortaca

Location, location, location! If you can find a more beautiful 4 bedroom villa with private pool closer to the centre of Dalyan then good luck. It was a 10 second walk (not minutes) to the nearest mini market and bar and 5 minutes in either direction would bring you more restaurants and bars than you could ever visit once in a month. You are situated right on the river, the hub of Dalyan and it's many boat trips. The villa is spacious with large screen TV with Netflix and Amazon Video installed if you have a day of poor weather or fancy a night in. The bedrooms are large and spacious with very comfortable beds, all with good quality Aircon and all ensuite. Only small consideration would be for the master bedroom to have a fully functioning shower alongside the large fitted bath. Had a fabulous 2 week holiday at villa Mariposa, would highly recommend and would happily stay here again.

Ms. Emine's house was as it appeared in the photos, even before I saw my house, I had some prejudices before seeing the house. The house was very comfortable with a clean double bathroom. Almost all of what was to be in a house was available. Ms. Emine and her husband were interested and quickly came up with a solution in case of a request. The location of the house was quite close to Sarıgerme beach and iztuzu beach. We did not have any problems with the house during the 15 days we stayed. It is our advice. This is one of the best experiences with ABNB location. The top floor apartment is spacious and can easily accommodate 5 persons but ideal for 4. The location is surrounded by small farms and it's very peaceful and quiet. Everything in the apartment works well, including the A/C units. Ortaça town is about 10mins away (7km) and the roads are good. Saragame beach is about 20mins as is Dalaman airport. We were able to do loads of activities being centrally located in Muğla; so paragliding, rafting, scuba diving etc are all accessible in nearby towns if you are willing to make the effort. Or you can simply chill at the house. Parking is on-premises and the area is very secure. There are no serious mosquitoe issues either. The hosts are wonderful and very helpful. They go above and beyond to make your stay happy. Ayesha and Suleiman's place comes with a strong recommendation. We stayed for 10 days and it was the best vacation spent.

The house has everything needed, we stayed comfortably for 6 people, the house is new and all the electrical appliances are working smoothly. The place is very central, very close to basic locations such as bakery, grocery store and market place, the location of the house is 20-30 minutes from the beaches of Muğla to visit.

Ali was a fantastic host to us. He was a great help with our check in and leaving. The apartment was spacious. clean, well-equipped, and very affordable. Highly recommended!

My parents had an all-around pleasant and completely uncomplicated stay at Okşan. They felt warmly welcomed upon arrival. The accommodation was not only immaculately clean, but also lovingly and thoughtfully furnished - it really lacked nothing. You can immediately tell that Okşan attaches great importance to comfort and well-being. We would book again at any time and can recommend the accommodation without reservation.

The location of the house is very close to the airport, and it is very easy to get to various bays by car. There are a lot of stairs when entering the house, but it was not a problem for us. The house was spotless, all the small and large appliances you may need are available in the house. (washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, iron, kettle, broom, hair dryer). Mr. Kemal's communication and location were also very good. When he found the location of the house, he gave us information about the surrounding bays. She was extremely caring and solving in the slightest problem. If we go to Dalaman again, it will definitely be the first address we will look at 👍🏽

We had an absolutely lovely time staying here. It was a perfect home away from home and a great base for us to take little day trips around the region. The courtyard and common spaces of the complex had beautiful flowers and the restaurant by the pool was so handy. Speaking of, the PS5 was great to have on rainy days! Hakan was a wonderful host, always responsive and very helpful.

Very nice and always available host. Mr. Cem has taken great care of our well-being. We felt like at home. We didn't mind the airplane noise from the airport next to it, was even rather interesting. The equipment of the apartment is new and nothing is superfluous. Would anyone who doesn't feel left out of the aircraft noise (when windows and doors are closed) would recommend the apartment. The beach is a 20 min walk and the airport is a 10 min taxi ride away. I stayed for one night for a long layover and enjoyed the pool

We had a great holiday Mr. Enver and Ms. Adile were very friendly and very interested. They were very interested in everything. Having a pool is a great advantage for families with children like us. The rooms are clean and our breakfast was very good. Our address is now clear to stay in Dalyan. I would recommend it to anyone.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this place! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. What really stood out, though, was the incredible hospitality of the host - Ms. Müjgan. My flight was unexpectedly delayed, and the host graciously allowed me to stay later without any additional charge, which was a huge relief. This kind of flexibility and kindness made my experience even more enjoyable. I can’t recommend this place enough—perfect location, excellent communication, and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be back!

A quiet apartment 10 minutes walk from the centre of town with a supermarket 3 to 4 minutes walk away. On arrival we were greeted by the host Doga who showed us around the apartment and was very welcoming. The apartment is clean and tidy and the garden and pool area is very well maintained. There are sun loungers allocated to the apartment for sunbathing around the pool. Doga is easy to contact should and responds quickly to any queries you may have. We enjoyed our stay at the Suite Lemon and have no hesitation in recommending it to others
