The house consists of a double bedroom with sea views, sleep with the window open and hear the waves. Social room with fully-equipped kitchen, sofa and armchairs. Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Swimming dock available 100 meters from the house.

The cottage has a newly-built kitchen, bathroom with underfloor heating, washing machine and dryer. For extra relaxation, there is a private sauna and on the terrace you can grill while sailboats pass by. Perfect year-round vacation for couples and families alike, but also a paradise for birdwatchers and Albert Engström's fans. Here you wake up to a beautiful sunrise over the sea, you put on your robe, go down to the rocks and take a lovely morning swim from the jetty. Welcome to a historical beach house on the shore of Väddö canal! We are renting out the upper half of it - the spacious upper floor with a private entrance. The story of this beautiful house dates back to the 19 century when the school teachers from Stockholm used to spend their holidays here. Beautiful back yard with a sitting area facing and with access to the sea (Väddöviken). 5 km to lovely Grisslehamn with the nearest grocery store, restaurants, marina, luxury spa hotel and ferry to Åland.

Welcome to our beautiful house in the countryside, with no next-door neighbors except the forest. A short walk takes you to a quiet lake and a lovely sea inlet, for swimming, or just unwinding by the water. The house has all modern comforts, an open floor plan, and big windows that bring the outdoors in. There’s also a private sauna. Especially great for families - there are toys, trampoline, swings, a highchair, and a baby bed to make your stay easy and fun. Enjoy the peace and quiet!

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Mitt i naturen med vackra vyer åt alla håll, njuter man av skärgården året om. Huset har ett väl utrustat kök, kamin att elda i, ett nybyggt gästhus samt en stor fin vedeldad bastu. Alla material är genomgående exklusiva och huset är byggt 2023 via husleverantören ”Sommarnöje”. Båda husen har en vacker altan runt om, vilket gör att man alltid kan njuta av solen på flera platser. En stig leder ner till en brygga och bjuder in till bad.

Båtsmanstorp, an hour's drive from Stockholm

Båtsmanstorp in rural Roslagen. Close to animals and nature. Carefully renovated cottage with wood stove and fireplace. Lush, secluded and large garden with many cultivated varieties of plants. The nearest lake is Erken, where there are several different swimming areas and scenic areas. At the cottage, there is a wood-fired sauna. There is good bus communication to, for example, Stockholm or Grisslehamn for day trips. Norrtälje city is also a nice excursion destination.

Mysig stuga mitt i naturen, med närhet till havet och en stor pool. Här bor ni i en bekvämt och rymligt i Roslagen, Norrtälje skärgård. På tomten finns en privat vedeldad bastu, och under sommaren har ni även tillgång till områdets gemensamma pool, på promenadavstånd (ca 25/6–15/8). Huset är 72 m² och har en stor altan med grill samt vacker utsikt över skogen. Två sovrum, kök med matplats, vardagsrum, badrum och kamin. På tomten finns även en gäststuga maj–september.

Välkommen att boka vårt hus till ett förmånligt ”prova-på” pris. Vårt hus i Stockholms skärgård har ett unikt läge, är helt självförsörjande på el genom solceller, och inte uppkopplat till elnätet. Huset är ”off grid” och är nu klart till 99%. All funktionalitet är klar, det finns bara några skönhetsfläckar kvar.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally-located accommodation. Walking distance to Havsbaden spa, fish shop, restaurants, swimming and padel/tennis court. The house rules are not for events and parties but to enjoy the nice Grisslehamn and the tranquility of the environment. You must be at least 30 years old and no smoking indoors. The cottage has six beds and a cozy patio overlooking the meadows where the sheep graze in the summer – perfect for relaxing and summer meals. On the farm there are 6 sheep and in the summer there are also some pigs.
