The apartment is nicely located, overlooking the sea! There are also several pools in the complex, but they are only accessible from June 1st, was no problem...we went to the sea. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials, you can prepare small meals well.

Samuele is a very friendly host with very great communication and very responsive to request. Very nice perfect apartment with a very nice view from the terrace... I highly recommend it.

We spent a week in Paolo's house with 3 children. The location is perfect for excursions on the island. At first we couldn't find the house but Paolo was able to help us in a timely manner. The small bay at the bottom of the house was very great: the way there is quite steep but it is doable. The kids were able to snorkel well there. We really appreciated the mosquito screens in front of the windows and the kimaanlage. The seat in front of the house is wonderful: beautifully shaded during the day and only sunny in the evening. The spiral staircase inside was narrower than expected, you can hardly carry large luggage up and probably rather unsuitable for smaller children. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs. Our excursion tips close to the house: The Mineral Museum with a guided tour in the quarry, the black glitter beach outside of Rio Marina.

Nicoletta is a delight, helpful, caring, attentive and accurate The apartment is really charming and comfortable, centrally located and easily accessible. I already knew Rio but thanks to Nicoletta I discovered more great details so as to further appreciate the whole island!!!!
