Sa Omo 'e Ziu Bomba is a historic house in Austis in Sardinia. On two floors: on the first floor, a living room, kitchen with microwave and modern bathroom. Heating with pellet fireplace. The bedroom is upstairs with a separable double bed, open wardrobe, bedside tables and mirror. The decor recalls Sardinian tradition. Secure parking is located in the adjacent courtyard. Located in the center of the village, the house is also close to the paths that lead to Sa Crabarissa and Su Nou Orruendeche.

The apartment, perfect for any season, boasts a splendid view and each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit. There is a fire place in the dining room and Wi-Fi throughout. Autumn and winter are ideal for hiking and climbing whereas spring and summer offer swimming and sunbathing. It will be like home from home with a warm room welcoming you back from the mountains or a refreshing terrace on returning from the beach. In the secluded terrace, using Wi-Fi, you can connect for pleasure or work.

Equipped with everything for comfortable rest. Home, terrace and the view that you'll find hard to leave. I suggest to my guests to rent a small car, to avoid difficulty for passing the streets. However, the car is important for getting around.

Love Nest in the Heart of Sardinia

The little house on Via Pia is a small historic house from 1880, typically built with local stone: the black basalt of the Abbasanta plateau. "Casetta", because everything seems in small format... the small windows, the bread oven, the courtyard. A comfortable and cozy love nest, suitable for those who want to live sensory experiences (especially gastronomic!) in this lesser-known part of Sardinia, which alternates sea, plain, hill and mountain and a living, authentic tradition

The Villa of 80sqm consists of a large double bedroom of 21 sqm sea view, a living room of 21 sqm with sofa bed sea view; a nice bathroom with shower and toilet and a kitchen with living room sea view. Outside you can enjoy a large, well-kept and panoramic garden where you will find furnished areas in which you can enjoy the breathtaking view. From the garden on foot, you descend to the nearest beach, Is Canaleddus, which is equipped with a platform on the sea and restaurant.

A small loft located in central Sardinia. Approximately 60 square meters, with a large window overlooking the valley below. The spaces are dedicated to the comfortable use of an open living space communicating with a creative space of Sardinian craftsmanship and an architecture studio. The B&B is designed to accommodate people who, if they wish, can learn the art of manual weaving in the adjacent workshop, which is clearly visible from the open space.
