Simona and her B and B were absolutely lovely. She was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions within moments of us messaging her. The views were also absolutely stunning and the bookshelves added so much character to the already charming home. Will absolutely stay here again next time we're in town! Grazie mille!

This accommodation is a perfect location for getting about, 5 minutes walk from the train station and funicular up to Orvieto. You can also get the bus at the station that takes you to Bagnoregio, get your ticket from the station cafe bar/shop. Pietro was very helpful on check in, he explained everything perfectly well. Most enjoyable stay in a lovely place.

This is, hands down, the BEST place to stay in Orvieto. The view is the best spot in the entire town- no joke. We walked the entire town and not one single view is better. Tourists and locals would walk down to this private area to catch the sunset or marvel at the vineyard views. We knew they were jealous as they saw us open the door right there and go inside. You will also not find a more helpful and gracious host. The streets in Orvieto are VERY NARROW and difficult to navigate but Elisabetta rode eith us in our car to help us park. We had intended on using this as a base for driving around the area but we loved it so much, we left the car parked and just walked the town for two days. Book this now! You will not regret it. It is far better than the photos that don’t do it justice.
