The room with kitchen was great for a stay of a few weeks and Priscila was super attentive from the beginning to the end of the reservation.

Great apartment if you're studying or working at USP or around the Butantan area. It could get noisy at certain periods but you can close a door and the problem is solved. Patricia and Davi are always helpful and friendly. I've stayed here several times.

Fernando is an excellent host, super kind and helpful, who helped me carry my bags to the space. The studio apartment is on a very busy and well-known street in Butantã, and it is very easy to catch a bus to get to the subway or to get to various places in São Paulo. The space has +10 studio apartments of other residents, who share the washing machine, and the private spaces (kitchen, bathroom and bedroom) are excellent and new, it smells like paint! Fernando is very caring and attentive, and he offers an excellent price for the stay at the place, I highly recommend it!

Loft is beautiful, decorated in very good taste and well located. There are supermarkets, pharmacies, shops and public transportation nearby and at the same time it is calm. Rosária is an exceptional hostess: kind, polite and always ready to help.

Our stay was simply charming! The hosts are extremely welcoming and made us feel truly at home from the first moment. The atmosphere is welcoming and full of charm, we like it so much that we prefer to stay there enjoying the garden, instead of going out to dinner. Attention to detail made all the difference: they surprised us with fresh bread and small amenities designed to make the stay even more comfortable. The affection with which they take care of the space and its guests is visible. Unfortunately, we didn't have as much time to talk as we would have liked, but we could feel that they are a couple full of stories and with an infectious energy, always willing to make our days better. And I can't help but mention Haole, a cute four-legged host! Our pets loved the space and had a lot of fun. One of them almost stayed there with Lilian, so much that he was enchanted 😊 We recommend it with our eyes closed. An unforgettable experience!

The place is very cosy, it has everything you need, even for long stays. The neighborhood is super quiet (it really is), I felt safe, there is everything close to it, an otima regiao. Karina is super gentle and requests, welcomes us with open arms. I recommend your stay.
