I loved the accommodation, Marco was very attentive and responded very quickly and politely. The apartment is super cozy, has a beautiful view, the host was super helpful, I liked the sound that is in all the common areas. Shower with very good pressure. I loved the accommodation. Clean space and very well used with the furniture and layout that was set up. Ideal for 2 people, Max 3, if it is a child and sleeps on the sofa bed. The kitchen makes it easy to prepare small meals. For breakfast and/or a simple dinner (using few utensils and pots). Very comfortable bed. Clean bathroom, good size and well equipped (offers hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap. And an incredible record). There is a very good market next door (3 min walk). Easy to get an Uber. For those who go to Transamerica, it is very close (about 10 minutes by car - no traffic). Congonhas airport is also close. and to the Barra Funda terminal (about 30 to 40 minutes by car-without traffic). The condominium is very nice The well-equipped gym. The well-educated staff. Would recommend your stay

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with an excellent view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5 min walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.

Great location for those going to the Albert Einstein stadium or hospital. Clean, organized and very complete apartment, especially in kitchen utensils. Fantastic leisure area. The only observation is that the apartment faces the street, so it is natural that there is noise from cars and buses.

I live in the area and had to leave for a few days due to renovations in my apartment. Emillene was always very kind and everything was agreed with ease and flexibility. The apartment is well located, with several facilities nearby such as a supermarket, bakery, restaurants, pharmacy, laundries, etc. I recommend it. It exceeded my expectations!! From the beginning, Thomás attended to us promptly, even before we made the reservation. Very polite and helpful. We were with our 6-month-old baby and he arranged a crib for him to sleep in. In addition to indicating a local supplier for breakfast basket. The house's space is simply amazing, better than in the photos. Everything is clean and impeccable, the lighting is the cherry on the cake highlighting all the best that the environment provides. Full kitchen, everything extremely clean and fragrant. Our dogs loved running on the grass, the outdoor space is fantastic. We used everything the house offers, the fire, the heated and illuminated jacuzzi and the super comfortable rocking chairs. They were incredible days, my family loved it, we will definitely come back and recommend it. Special mention to Marcio, who always attended to us in a very polite and helpful manner. One of the best places we ever stayed.

The house is a delight! Everything was super tidy and clean. The general structure and leisure spaces were the differential to spend good moments of tranquility and enjoy as a family as we wanted! The surrounding nature gives the feeling that you are far from São Paulo. And the view from the windows of the room looks like pictures. In addition to the environment we love, Roni is also a great host… I always request and available! And the housekeeper was also super receptive and dear to us! I recommend your stay :)
