It is a new apartment in a building with a good location. It has exactly what you need and the photos show it well. If I need a place in the area again, this will be the first apartment I'll look for.

One of the main positive points was the ease of check-in. A link was sent to register the facial before and it was not necessary to go through the entrance at any time. You have complete freedom to enter and leave at any time. The apartment is very well located and beautiful, just like in the photos. Very good shower. Large, comfortable bed with quality bedding. I recommend and would definitely stay again.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb unit. The place is super charming, very clean (spotless), and walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Check-in/out was smooth. The building has amazing amenities like a pool, game room, waiting area, and an outstanding gym. The doormen were always friendly, and the gated entrance felt very safe. Perfect for solo travelers or couples — great value for the price. Carina, the host, was fantastic — she checked in during my stay and shared great recommendations. Only small suggestion: it would be nice if basic toiletries like shampoo and body soap were provided, especially for business travelers or short stays. Just a small detail, but everything else was excellent. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Perfeito was able to rest with my husband and my 2 children as well, it is very close to the consulate I left my cell phone and things at the place and I walked.

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with an excellent view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5 min walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.

We stayed for a little over 2 weeks with our 2 year old. Not only was the place exactly as described, Elise was extra thoughtful in the amenities provided for our son. She was extremely responsive, and was gracious to allow us a flexible check out to accommodate his nap before our flight. The apartment was wonderful and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again our next trip. Thank you so much, Elise!

I really enjoyed the stay. Very well located for corporate travel, close to Shopping Morumbi. The commercial area below has everything: coffee, pizzeria, hairdresser, market, etc. Very convenient. The apartment is cozy, with a wonderful view. The gym is very practical

Massimo was very attentive, sending videos demonstrating the proper use of equipment among other items. He demonstrated a lot of speed in his responses and gave tips that were close to the mark.

Very good space, easy access to several locations in SP. Parking is awesome.

Great location for those going to the Albert Einstein stadium or hospital. Clean, organized and very complete apartment, especially in kitchen utensils. Fantastic leisure area. The only observation is that the apartment faces the street, so it is natural that there is noise from cars and buses.

I live in the area and had to leave for a few days due to renovations in my apartment. Emillene was always very kind and everything was agreed with ease and flexibility.
