Our cabin in the woods is a quiet refuge, built with many unique features: a log cabin room with vaulted ceiling, log walls in kitchenette/upstairs small dinette seating area and log wall in sunroom. Carriage style Barn doors, from grandparents old chicken coop on our property. The gorgeous metal stair railing hand designed & laser cut with pine trees. Downstairs walkout basement has concrete log beams & posts, as well as some concrete tree branches. Trails are for quiet travel only, no motors.

Beautiful place, plenty of parking space for 3 trucks and trailers. We loved having the wood burner stove for the cold nights after riding. Very comfortable beds, it was awesome to have wifi in an area with absolutely no signal. Would definitely stay again next year.

The house is the perfect size for our family of six and we have even had additional family stay with is in the past with more than enough room to accommodate our needs. We LOVED this place and will return! We came during Thanksgiving week and it snowed that night and it was wonderful waking up seeing snow on the ground and on the lake. It was beautiful sipping coffee looking out the window. Our dog Luna loved it too and the snow! Patrick, the host, thought of everything you could need. We loved the book they put together telling us all the things we could do. It was like a road map to Atlanta. They responded to any of our needs quickly. We will come back again in the summer to take advantage of the boats to fish!

This was a very adorable place right across the street from from the lake. Perfect for our little family. They had everything we needed and then some. A very delicious s’mores basket for the fire. Nancy was super sweet and even brought us some comfy chairs for fire pit. Great stay. In walking distance of a bunch of stuff.

Experience Downtown Gaylord!

Jeffrey had accommodated us during our stay by allowing us to pack up things due to a misunderstanding of time frame. We were expecting to be booked later but it ended up being booked for us to leave sooner. He allowed us to get things picked up before leaving. The apartment is in a good area with many walking distance restaurants which make it easy if you don’t want to drive around town. It was very nice staying there and I felt very safe in the apartment complex. There was plenty of cooking supplies which is often a hit or miss with Airbnb’s. It was very child friendly and I felt comfortable letting my one year old go around without being concerned with dangerous things for him to get into.
