In recent years, we have lovingly handcrafted a vacation apartment (60 m2) from the former classroom wing of the "Grot School", where the "groten" (big) students had their classroom. Semi-detached house located between Eckernförde and Kiel, which I rent out during our holidays: 5 rooms, space for at least 5 people, family-friendly, small garden, centrally located, 200 m to the train station, quiet at night, bright, practical, cozy, fireplace, washing machine, water carbonator/filter in the kitchen, carport right outside the door, shed for bicycles, everything up to date. The beach is only 10 minutes away by car, about 20 minutes by train or bicycle.

It is ideally suited to explore Kiel and the surrounding area. The many beautiful beaches are not far away and the Olympiazentrum in Schilksee can also be reached in less than 10 minutes by car.
