Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Oshawa

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed. Jim & Cindy were fantastic hosts who were very helpful and communicated very well with us throughout the whole stay as we needed. Just had a wonderful relaxing stay . The home just had peaceful home feeling about it in witch i love and Mike's was super helpful when needed other then that I would stay their again .

We loved this place and would definitely stay here again! Vikas and Jocylen are great hosts, quick to respond, and made sure we had everything we needed. The place is very clean, quiet, and just the right size to feel cozy but spacious. My wife, in particular, loved the private outdoor space and entryway, which can be hard to find with basement rentals. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant to walk through, and it is also conveniently located near an abundance of restaurants and grocery stores.

This place was spotless & pristine and looks like the pics! The place is cozy and feels like home. We truly enjoyed our stay and would stay again! walking distance to a lot and there’s a park near by! Only down side is there were no mugs and lacked some dishes but we made it work! Would 100% recommend and stay again! Thank you for a pleasurable relaxing stay!

I stayed here on June 6, 2025 and had a wonderful experience. The place matched the description exactly and was clean, comfortable, and very private. The host clearly puts a lot of thought into the comfort of guests; the space was stocked with thoughtful touches like heaters, light snacks, towels, and even essentials like a toothbrush (which I had forgotten), toothpaste, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The bed was especially comfortable, and I appreciated how easy it was to settle in and feel at home. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-prepared space.

Meherun’s place was great and exactly as presented in the ad. She’s a very accommodating, friendly, trusting, and respectful host. The two of us stayed here for ~3 months, and the basement is spacious, modern, well furnished, well lit, and comes with a separate, private entrance. It has everything you need for long stays - modern appliances, like a large fridge/freezer, stove/oven, dish washer, washer and dryer, and a SmartTV. Two bedrooms, one with a desk I used for work-from-home and the other with a full walk-in closet. Comfy queen beds in both. Bathroom has a large shower, and modern vanity with a fancy Bluetooth mirror. The neighbourhood is nice with a paved trail near by for walking or biking. Close drive to the 401 from Salem, where there’s many stores, including Walmart, Costco, Canadian Tire, Cineplex, and restaurants. We will definitely think of staying here again the next time we’re around.

My mother and I had a wonderful stay at Irfan's place. It was clean, quiet, and exactly as described, with all necessary amenities for short or long-term visits. Irfan was a fantastic host—welcoming, respectful, and responsive. He provided clear check-in instructions, allowed early check-in, and offered late check-out. He frequently checked in to ensure our comfort. The neighborhood was safe and peaceful, located in a developing area of Whitby. Despite some construction affecting sidewalks, it was walkable with a park 10 minutes away. The nearest bus stop was a 12-minute walk and served by multiple routes. Shops, restaurants, groceries, and banks were a short drive by car/Uber or bus ride away; walking to these places would not be preferable as it may take over 55 minutes. Public transport might require two buses in some cases, taking 25-30 minutes. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Thank you, Irfan, for being a great host and providing a pleasant experience.

This is the second time staying with Marie and I have nothing but good things to say. It was wonderful. Marie is very fast at responding and very helpful. It’s worth the price and a lot cheaper than other places. It’s clean and has everything you would need. Definitely a new spot I would keep coming back to.

A great find in a quiet neighborhood close by to the shore and Whitby GO. Danny and Annette were friendly and responsive hosts, who made it possible for us to settle in to their space and feel at home. The apartment was clean and cozy, and we loved having access to the private sauna in our suite!

Yifeng was very responsive with his messages and always helpful, checking in with messages to me to make sure I was ok and didn’t need anything. Very friendly and courteous.

This place was so nice to stay at. It’s super worth the money I paid. The apartment has everything you need and it’s really comfortable too. It’s close to grocery stores and there are walkable restaurants downstairs also. The hosts were also very helpful! I would 100% consider staying here again.

We had a great stay at Thomas' place. He met us at check in, showed us the building, parking and any details we needed to know. He was very responsive, provided early check in, and coordinated parking spots for both our vehicles. The place was very clean and quiet. We would definitely stay again!

Very nice spot. Go Train is very close. Only takes 1 train to get to downtown. Many restaurants around and a grocery store within a 5 minute walk. Parking garage is super great considering how difficult it is finding parking in the region. Great all around experience. Would recommend !

Very nice condo and pictures are accurate. Cato and Annie are very responsive and accommodating. Common area in the condo is lovely too - beautiful outdoor space and gym facilities.

Apart from the unhelpful concierge and difficult on foot instructions to access the lock key, our stay was absolutely perfect. The apartment suited our needs and there was plenty of space to work and relax. The bedroom with the ensuite didn't have any closet space so one of us had to use the closet in the hallway. Not a massive deal for 6 nights stay, but it might be a little frustrating if you have a longer stay. There was plenty of amenities and the kitchen was stocked well with cutlery, pots and pans. The apartment had a nice ambience, clean and welcoming and was also quiet. The gym was a fab bonus which we made use of most of the days. The subway was within 6-7 minutes walk, which made our trips into downtown Toronto a breeze. I would definitely recommend staying here, and would love to do so if we come back to Toronto.
