Whether with family or friends - everyone is welcome here - even dogs. The house was built in 1935, bought by us in 2020 and completely renovated for 1 year. We have been living here since 2021. Certainly not everything is perfect yet - but with a lot of charm and attention to detail. Super spacious kitchen that invites you to cooking parties. Unsere 40qm grosse Wohnung liegt zentral im Bielefelder Stadtteil Brackwede. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Einfamilienhaus mit einem eigenen Eingang. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind auf der Straẞe vorhanden. S-Bahn und Bushaltestelle Kann man 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Die Straßenbahn braucht 15 min in die Bielefeld City. Gute Anbindung an die A2 und A33. Nur ein paar Gehminuten kann man den Teutoburger Wald genießen. Café, Kiosk und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.

The house, located in the Katharinen Quarter, is situated in the middle of a traffic-calmed zone and only meters from the city center. The room temperature is heated to 19°C in winter due to the current situation.
