It's a new structure, with a 50sm open space featuring a double bed and a double sofa bed(with the option of adding a single bed and a camping cot).The bathroom is rustic and welcoming.The kitchen has all the comforts of a primary residence.The garden,complete with a variety of games and a treehouse,is suitable for children, but also for those who want to relax.We're green:everything is powered by solar panels.Just 40 meters from the train station.

Enjoy our house, a design apartment where iconic pieces of furniture merge together with vintage touches. Recently refurbished, it offers three large bedrooms with independent bathrooms. On the first floor a large balcony offers a view over Garda and the Rocca (hill). On the second floor a wide glass window creates a unique environment between the open living room, the terrace, the sky and the lake. 5 minutes walk from the lake, our apartment provides an exclusive permanent parking space.

The guest suite is part of the XVII century villa belonging to the family, in which the owners live. It is located in the heart of Valpolicella classico region, 20km from Verona and 20km from Lago di Garda. The suite has a King size double bed, sofa-bed, kitchen, dinning table and bathroom. There is a separate entrance and another entrance leading to common areas: atrium, breakfast area, living room, library, front and back garden. Parking is on the premises. WiFi and LAN connection.
