In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. Our small apartment is located in a quiet little cul-de-sac in the largest Emden district of Borssum. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed. There is the possibility to set up an existing travel crib for toddlers. In the living room there is a sofa bed which also offers two additional sleeping places. Daylight bathroom with shower, toilet and washing facilities. Spacious bright kitchen with up to five seats and high chair.

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. You'll never want to leave this charming tent. The tent is fully furnished, a full kitchen and a "big green egg" to prepare the most delicious meals. If you don't feel like cooking at the end of your day, I'd be happy to do it for you! I also want to make breakfast for you while you enjoy the morning sun and the chirping of the birds. There is a shower and toilet in the farmhouse 20 steps away for your own use.

The cottage is located on the edge of a wooded private weekend settlement. It is generously sized, bright, modernly furnished and very well equipped. It is heavenly there in every season & perfect for a short or longer break in the idyll! For the summer months, there is an in-house stand-up paddle board (SUP).
