The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. The pedestrian zone as well as sports facilities with De Baalje or the harbor area are within walking distance. Close to shopping (food, drugstore). The proximity to the coast and the swimming lake Tannenhausen are perfect for day trips. The apartment was newly expanded and equipped in 2015/2016.

The 53 sqm apartment is located on the south side in a listed farm (rural location) that is no longer used for agricultural purposes. For entertainment, satellite TV, a 5.1 Dolby surround sound system with radio and a DVD player are available. Wi-Fi is available, but the transmission rate is very poor. Garden terrace use and barbecuing is possible by arrangement.

Paradiesisch ist es dort zu jeder Jahreszeit & perfekt für eine kurze oder längere Auszeit in der Idylle! Für die Sommermonate gibt es ein hauseigenes Standup-Paddling Board (SUP).
