The apartment is on the ground floor of the house we live in. We are a family of 4 and a small dog living in the rest of the house. Normal noise level from a family must be expected. Located right by the subway and bus. 2 shopping malls, football pitch, skatepark, Manglerud swimming pool. Short distance to Ekebergsletta so great for a family of 4 during the Norway cup. Sofa bed in the living room that becomes 142 cm in bed width. 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 80 cm each. Can be placed next to each other or stand alone. Linen and towels are included.

Wake up to the sound of waves in this light-filled apartment with a private terrace outside the door. Access to beach and jetty (when not in use by the host). The property is located on an island just an 8-minute bus ride from Oslo Center. A bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a double sofabed in the living room provide sleeping space for up to four guests. The bathroom rooms shower and bathtub plus washingmachine and a mini dishwasher. The kitchen is well-equipped and has a dining area.

T-banen bruker 18 minutter til sentrum. Flere dagligvarebutikker ligger 600m unna. Kort vei til skog og mark, med innsjøer man kan badet i. På vinteren kan man gå på ski og skøyter.

Liten og koselig leilighet på Oppsal, i rolig område i bydel Østensjø med solrik balkong. 2 min gange til t-bane og 15 minutter med t-bane til Oslo sentrum. Leiligheten har ett soverom med dobbeltseng og passer for to personer. Den ligger sentralt ved Oppsal senter, med matbutikk, apotek, Normal, frisør og to spisesteder. Østmarka ligger like ved med fine turmuligheter, og t-banen tar deg raskt til sentrum. Et hyggelig sted for deg som vil bo rolig, men fortsatt nært alt Oslo har å by på.

Die Wohnung verfügt über ein neues Badezimmer mit Regendusche und Waschmaschine. Das Appartement ist eine eigene Wohnung in unserem Haus und hat Aussicht ins Grüne.

Quiet, yet central residence with heating in all floors, as well as all amenities. Ideal for families/friends. Only 8 min. walk to Holtet center with shops, bank, post office, pharmacy, restaurants and public transport to the city center. On the property there is a small family kindergarten. If you are uncomfortable with children's noises, this is not a place for you. If parts of the group choose to stay in the loft, they must put on the sheets and bed linen themselves.
