From the living room there is an exit to a plot of 100m2, as well as a lawn with a trampoline. On the 2nd floor there are three bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms and a TV room. In the basement of the house is the entrance and toilet. There is also a rental part that is rented to a permanent tenant. The house is one of three houses in a condominium, with a common driveway. Tidy and well equipped.

Slapp av sammen med hele familien på dette fredelige bostedet. Leiligheten ligger i første etasje og er en del av en tomannsbolig fra 1923. Stor hage og tomt. Siden det er en del av en tomannsbolig passer det ikke til fester eller arrangementer. Her kan man nyte morgenkaffen mens man ser ekorn hoppe fra tre til tre. Det er to minutter til nærmeste busstopp med avganger til jernbanestasjonen flere ganger i timen.

House built in 2016, total 150 square meters. All furnitures and beds are from 2017/2018. Modern, nice and cosy house with a lot of functional equipments as: code opening for outer door, ice cube machine integrated in the fridge, integrated coffee machine in the kitchen, two integrated Owens in the kitchen. Bedroom 4 is one big, open room that covers the entire 3rd floor (attic). This room is open and has no door.
