Beautiful apartment with nice views

I'm renting out my nice apartment in a building from 2018. It is sunny with a large porch and a lovely view. The apartment is well appointed with everything you could possibly need for a stay. It is located on the 5th floor with an elevator. Here is quiet and peaceful with short distance to Østensjøvann and Østmarka. Washing machine and dishwasher available. Clothes rack and drying rack Grocery store and a small center on the ground floor with Normal, bookstore and hairdresser. 5 minutes away is the subway and to Oslo S takes 16 minutes.

Guest suite in villa area - 20 min to/from city center

Modern guest suite in a separate part of a single-family home built in 2022. Central location with bus stop 100 meters from the house that takes you to Oslo city centre. The guest suite is 28 sqm and is rented to 1-2 people. The guest suite consists of bedroom/living room, large bathroom and private kitchen. It is equipped with a 150 cm double bed. Included in the rent is also TV with chromecast, towels, linens and WiFi. It is 100 meters to the bus stop which in 20 min will take you to Oslo city centre. The bus departs every 15 minutes.

Cozy basement

The apartment is on the lower floor of the house we live in. We are a family of 4 and a small dog living in the rest of the house. Normal sound level from a family must be expected. Located right by the subway and bus. 2 shopping centers, football field, skate park, Manglerud bad. Short distance to Ekebergsletta so great for family of 4 during the Norway cup. Sofa bed in the living room that becomes 142 cm in bed width. 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 80 cm each. Can be put together or stand alone. Linen and towels are included.

Mulighet for overnatting på sovesofa i stuen for en person (barn under 12 år to personer). Fin uteplass. Leilighet ligger nær t-bane (3 minutter) og gratis gateparkering. T-banen bruker 18 minutter til sentrum. Flere dagligvarebutikker ligger 600m unna. Kort vei til skog og mark, med innsjøer man kan badet i. På vinteren kan man gå på ski og skøyter.
