Denna lilla studiolägenhet (16 kvm - 1 rum med duschrum och kokvrå) ligger på Nobeltorget nära Folkets Park. Endast tio minuter med buss från centralstationen och 20 min promenad till downtown. Citycyklar och tre olika busslinjer utanför huset! Du får tillgång till en lummig trädgård med grillplats, ett lusthus och du kan till och med unna dig en avslappnande och rogivande stund i vår relaxavdelning med bastu, bubbelpool & massagefåtölj. Nice, comfortable two-room apartment near the city center within walking distance to Triangeln station and the trendy areas of Möllevången, Folkets Park and S:t Knuts torg where you will find cafés and restaurants. The apartment has a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a living room with a separate dinning area, a bathroom/shower room and a fully equipped kitchen. There are excellent bus connections, supermarkets and foodplaces just around the corner of the apartment.

Välkomna till oss mitt i pittoreska Limhamn, ett lugnt område precis vid havet. Här finns massa restauranger, caféer och mataffärer. Bussar går ofta och tar dig överallt på under en kvart. I gäststugan finns fri wifi, en 32 tums TV med chromecast, bra med förvaring, badrum, matplats och köksvrå samt kaffebryggare. Malmö är en perfekt cykelstad och vi har två cyklar ni kan låna för att utforska staden. Kommer ni med bil finns gatuparkering utanför. Välkomna till oss!

Trevlig hus, gratis parkering och nära till bussar

Villan ligger i Husie och ligger nära Bulltoftapark som bjuder på tennisbanor, gym (inne och ute), café, fotbollsplaner och frisbeegolf! Ett lugnt område med bussförbindelser in till både stadskärnan i Malmö och till Lund. Mataffär finns 5 minuter bort (gångavstånd). Bussen som går 1 min bort från huset tar er in till gågatan i Malmö på 20 min (raksträcka). Bussen som går till Lund tar 25-30 min (raksträcka). Glada och välkomnande värdar väntar på er!

Lovely and newly built modern apartment with all the facilities you need. Located in a peaceful area close to supermarkets, parks and beautiful nature. At same time close to the heart of Malmö. Highway is 5 min away and free parking in front of the house is available. There is one queen-size bed for two persons and on the second floor there is two single beds. Longer terms staying guests will have access to laundry room.
