In our house, the western school on the island of Hven, there is a separate newly renovated guest part that we are happy to rent to you. The guest area has its own lockable entrance and private patio. It is about 20 sqm and consists of a room with bunk bed 120*90 cm and kitchenette. Toilet with sink and separate shower room with sauna. The house is centrally located on the island in Tuna village, close to the shop and several of the island's taverns but still in a quiet and slightly secluded location with open fields in front of the patio. Welcome to vacation in Skåne! Lund is well located with proximity to many attractions; museums, parks, nature reserves, restaurants, beaches (the closest about 10 km) and much more. In an extension (building year 2015) in my villa in central Lund I rent out a bright and beautiful 2nd floor with separate entrance and patio door towards a lovely garden. Bv: kitchen, living room with sofa bed 130cm and bathroom. Loft: bedroom, 2 beds. 6 min walk to the hospital, about 12 min h. Lund C. Parking space is available.

Renovated basement level in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is a heating floor, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, coffee maker, microwave, wifi and private entrance through the carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. Because it is stairs down, it is not handicap accessible. There is free street parking but date parking.

Guesthouse in Höllviken close to beaches . 1 minute to bus station. 30 minutes to Malmö and 60 to Copenhagen. Close to 3 golf courses, Viking village and nature reserve. The appartment is renovated 2016. You have a double bed, bathroom with shower, kitchenette and a small dining table. You have also a patio outside . Access to laundry equipment. The guest house is located in central Höllviken and very close to many restaurants and shops. Bicycles might be available to lend.

This cozy cottage dating from the 19th century is idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking and bike trails. Malmö is 30km away, Lund 25km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Guests bring bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. Guests clean at checkout.

A two-storey house with open plan living. The house is located in old Limhamn near the sea, in a very pleasant area in Malmö. Close to restaurants, shops and marina. Lovely beaches and swimming in easy walking distance. Guests have access to their own patio with garden furniture and barbecue. You easily reach Malmö city center in 15 minutes by bus or bicycle. You can also easily and quickly reach Copenhagen by train from Hyllie station which is 5 km from our house.

This cozy cottage idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking trails, bike trails and horse farms. The city of Malmö is 30km away, the city of Lund 25km away. Malmö airport at 8km, Österlen 50km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 3 bed rooms, as the pictures show, and has got all facilities like washing machine, TV, wifi, air condition and a large living room. Bedlinen and towels are included.

This tiny cottage fits perfectly for couples or single travellers (one pet allowed) who is looking for a cosy place with a friendly host! You will be able to sit outside to enjoy your meal or coffee. It´s a 20 minute walk to the beach, or rent bikes to explore Skanör/Falsterbo with ease. Drive to Copenhagen in 45 minutes across the Oresund bridge. Public transport close by, less than five minutes to the bus stop.
