Huset er totalrenoveret gennem de sidste 5 år og moderne indrettet med mange soveværelser fordelt på 3 etager og badeværelser på alle etager. Der er soveværelser til både børn og voksne og nogle fine udearealer med stor have, pool, grillplads, forhave og carport.

Comfortable home near metro, pool, city & gardens

Raised ground-floor flat close to the metro. Airport access in around 30 minutes, and central Copenhagen within 10 minutes. Green spaces, cafés and shopping are all within a 5-minute walk. This is a comfortable, lived-in home with a personal style. It is clean and well maintained, but not a hotel or a newly renovated show apartment. The flat has one room with a sofa bed plus an open-plan kitchen. You also have access to a big shared garden with lots of seating and a playground!

I lejligheden er der soveværelse med dobbeltseng og et værelse med en køjeseng (168cm). Der er desuden en stor sofa, hvor man kan sove en eller to, samt en foldudmadras. Lejligheden ligger tæt på strand, s-togstation og metrostation, samt meget tæt på et lækkert italiensk bageri.

You can swim in the harbour just outside the window and there is also a really nice beach also just 5 min walk away. Best possible area when visiting Copenhagen.
