Welcome to our beautiful house on the cape, with Vättern as your closest neighbor. This detached house with a large garden offers about 90 sqm of living space on two floors, with open plan kitchen and living room, bathroom, as well as two comfortable bedrooms, with room for 4-5 people. The attached guest house offers one bedroom with bunk bed and room for 2-3 people. The guest house has its own shower and toilet. The house is modernly decorated with top quality furniture and amenities. June - August takes place weekly rentals.

At our own lake, you can enjoy a wood-fired sauna and swimming in the lake, why not a trip on the lake with the raft in silence. Access to 2 bicycles is available, for a ride in the surroundings. No smoking indoors in the entire property, smoking outdoors allowed. In winter, we charge a fee of SEK 200 for ice hole making if guests wish to swim in the winter

Enjoy the tranquility of our idyllic cottage, surrounded by nature, with a cozy fireplace and beautiful views! We offer the possibility to borrow bikes and rent a kayak and rowing boat. In our beautiful beach house you live so close to the lake, you can hear the sound of the waves. The house is 70 m from the beach, the longest "lake beach" in Scandinavia. Summertime there are 5 restaurants close by.(3 in the wintertime) Perfect for catching some sun, relaxing, vindsurfing, kitesurfing, nice walks in the beautiful area, tennis, paddle, minigolf or chilling and barbecuing on the patio. Welcome to our newly built 60 sqm airy lake cottage at Slätbakens beach. The house has two bedrooms where one room has a double bed and one has a sofa bed for two. In the living room, there is also a sofa bed for two. The house has a shower, toilet, washing machine and dishwasher. The house works well for a family with up to 3 children. Here you get access to docks, rowing boat, gas grill and nice forest walks. 20 minute drive to Söderköping and Stegeborg castle ruin with harbor tavern.

Welcome to beautiful Västervik! The house of 30 sqm contains a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with shower, Bedroom with 2 beds and sleeping loft for 2 people. Pillows, duvets, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Of course, there is TV, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth speakers. Bicycles are available to borrow, it is only about 10 min to Västervik Resort and about 15 minutes to the city center. Note: The house has been expanded in 2025 to get to a proper bedroom.

Want to give yourself some peace and quiet with beautiful views from a peaceful house for a few nights, a week or more? With us you live in a newly built guesthouse with kitchen, bathroom, internet, TV, lake view and own parking. Both Linköping and E4 are close but far enough away not to disturb. The house is located overlooking Lake Roxen 5 km from Linköping. Towels, sheets and cleaning are included in the fee. A dog and a cat are on the property.
