We are located at 160 m above sea level and are surrounded by Grevlunda slopes fantastic and scenic surroundings. The location of the wheelhouse is peaceful and the rolling landscape is beautiful all year round. Here you have downhill all the way down to the sea…The guest house is located on our small farm. Newly renovated on two floors, about 50 m2, sleeps five, fully equipped kitchen and its own patio. Hang out in the green grass, barbecue, play boule, or read a book in the orangery. Only 15 minutes to fantastic beaches and many good restaurants!

Two bedrooms with two beds in each as well as crib for infants. Sofa bed in living room. Open plan with well-equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable armchairs where you can sit and enjoy the magnificent view. The terrace has both a dining area and a lounge sofa for socializing. In the large lawn there is a barbecue area with outdoor kitchen. French balcony facing the sea from one of the bedrooms.

Enjoy the ocean views and fall asleep to the sounds of waves rolling in. Live neighbors with the houses where the Wallander films were shot. Our fishing village in Svarte has a plot that goes all the way down to the beach by the Baltic Sea. On the large wooden deck you have access to a dining table for six people and under a rain-protected water roof there is a small sofa. Visit Black beach and swim from the jetty or eat something good at the cafe. By train from Svarte you will get to Ystad (4 min), Malmö (40 min) or Copenhagen( 60 min)

The Brygghuset Hagestad former microbrewery in Österlen offers a newly renovated guesthouse in a boutique hotel style. Only 8 minutes to Sandhammaren beach. 2 mn walking distance to the neighbors Karl-Fredrik at Eklaholm & Reunion shop/cafe. Private furnished patio, barbecue and endless sunsets over the fields. Nice food experiences/shops/flea market/hikes around the corner. 3 km to Handlaren Löderup, 4 km h ICA, pharmacy etc. Bed linens & towels are included. Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.
