Situated a few hundred metres away from St. Andreasberg, it is wonderfully quiet, yet everything is within walking distance. Recreation in the forest settlement of Glashütte, House Iris

Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. As is customary in vacation homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway.

"Berg-Budse" Charming Harzhaus in Wildemann

In Wildemann, the "Little Tyrol" of the Harz, this charming Harz house from 1899 is located directly on idyllic hiking trails. Located on the slope and near the forest, it was extensively renovated after we bought it in 2021/2022. The "19-Lachter-Stollen" attraction is a few steps away, and there are many shops and restaurants in neighboring Clausthal-Zellerfeld. From the point of view of sustainability, our "Berg-Budse" is lovingly furnished with a mix of old and new things.

Bright, spacious apartment with panoramic bathroom

Arrive and feel at home in our apartment with upscale amenities. With 150 square meters furnished with a lot of love, you will find enough space for yourself and to relax. Through the floor-to-ceiling balcony doors you can enjoy a fantastic view of and over Osterode am Harz. The home feeling includes a game package for small children and a PS4 for big children. A highlight is the huge wellness bath with panoramic views over the rooftops of Osterode.

The apartment is built and designed with natural building materials, such as wood, clay and eco-paint. The apartment is rather unsuitable for children for safety reasons. Also for people who have difficulty with stairs.

Hobby room

We offer a non-smoking room for 1-3 people (30 m²) in the basement with private bathroom (shower/toilet) and entrance. The room with 2.40 m ceiling height has a single bed for 1 person and a sofa bed for 2 people. We are dog-friendly by arrangement. Our house is located on a quiet side street at the exit of the village. Hiking trails and shopping are within 5 minutes. The bicycle storage is lockable.
