The cost is a one-time fee of €60, which includes a box of firewood to heat the tub. If you need more wood, you can purchase an additional box for €10. Of course, you’re also welcome to bring your own firewood. Feel free to bring flip-flops and a bathrobe for extra comfort. (Please note: No fires are allowed during periods of high wildfire risk in summer.) ❤ HAMMOCK ❤ OUTDOOR SHOWER Enjoy a relaxing evening shower or a refreshing rinse with a view of the forest. Thanks to the camping water heater, you’ll have warm water. A protected south-facing loggia promises many hours of sunshine. The cozy bedroom is under the roof.

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air, a free spirit and are open to guests. The bakery with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and timeless comfort is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction! Adventure instead of luxury.

Welcome to the Müllerstube

Far from the hustle and bustle of the village, surrounded by meadows and fields, is our apartment on a historic mill farm. First mentioned in 1311, it is one of the oldest properties in the village The guest suite (Müllerstube) is a self-contained apartment on the first floor of the house and can be locked separately. You will find a kitchen with cooking and dining facilities, a dressing room, a bathroom with shower and a spacious bedroom with a double bed and two single beds.

The apartment is on the upper floor of a half-timbered farmhouse on a family-run equestrian center at the foot of the Harz Mountains. The complex includes a piece of forest that borders a river, several ponds and many beautiful corners. In addition, a large riding hall, a round hall and two riding arenas. If you are interested, it is possible to bring your own horses and to board them with full board. There are many beautiful hikes, lakes and other attractions in the area.

Discover the South Harz region with many beautiful hiking and cycling trails as well as wellness options. Within walking distance you can reach the nature reserve Hainholz-Beierstein. Ski lifts, bike parks and summer toboggan run are about 35 minutes away by car.

Welcome to the Krafthaus, a historic forester's house from 1902 on the edge of the forest in the Upper Harz region. The sculptor Reinhold Kraft lived and worked here for many years. Sculptures and works of art in the apartment still remind us of his work today and give the house its special character. The large garden and the quiet location by the forest invite you to spend relaxing days with friends or family.
