Our apartment is located directly on the fine sandy beach and on the beach promenade, but still quietly located. It is a small but stylish apartment with balcony. This apartment is perfect for 2 people (bedroom with double bed 160 × 200), but families with children are also ❤️welcome (comfortable sofa bed with topper in the living area).

Your "Strandoase" 1st floor in the house "Atlanta" OT Niendorf, Timmendorfer Strand is ideally and centrally located and offers space f. max. 4 persons. It is only a few steps to the promenade with its cafes, restaurants or shopping facilities and of course the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach. To the fishing port it is only 350 meters. Pure relaxation in our beautiful and cozy 3 room apartment over 2 levels with sunny balcony. Parking space for car available.

A swimming pool and sauna are located in the complex. You can walk about 200 meters to the beach. The damage caused by the storm surge in the autumn of 2023 in the beach area has been eliminated. The "Strandhotel Heiligenhafen" is very special for us (and many regular guests): It has a sunbathing lawn on the lake, where you can relax when you don't want to go to the beach. Washing clothes? No problem. Rent a bike? Of course you can. And the flat? One room, 30 m2, own kitchen and bathroom.
