The 9x 5 m indoor pool invites with 26 degrees water temperature in winter , as in summer. The apartment is very well equipped and has a balcony with south-east orientation. The non-overflowing beach is within walking distance via a hiking trail through the beautiful nature ( about 800m).

The large balcony (24 square meters) with a southwest-facing location has sun from noon to evening and invites you to sunbathe or have a cozy breakfast or barbecue evening. The apartment has a private parking space for the car and a lockable bicycle cellar. Swimming pool and tennis court are available for a small fee.

From the large south-facing balcony, you can look out over the garden and pool of the hostess Birgit. The garden and pool are used by Birgit, her family and possibly also private guests. You are also welcome to use the area at any time. However, there is no claim to sole use. Your grill is up on your balcony.

Walking distance to the beach about 650 m, distance to the train station about 700 m. The apartment has a parking space. The complex also includes a tennis court, bocce court, table tennis, as well as a children's play area. Near the complex there are all kinds of shopping (about 3 km to Neustadt), as well as restaurants.
