Holiday rentals with beach access in Ostia

The accommodation was perfect and the communication was also very pleasant. The good service was extra nice, they even helped with the taxi to the airport.

Really lovely stay! The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Very close to the beach. It’s lovely and quiet, in a residential area. It’s about a 30 min walk from the main square with a selection of restaurants and bars. There are restaurants closer. Would highly recommend!

Very difficult place to get to, bus does not stop nearby, to get there only Uber or taxi and so it is very expensive to get there, I had to pay 54 euros

Sara was very friendly and welcoming to her apartment! Her place was very beautiful, clean and modern, located just a quick drive from the airport.

Thank Alessia for hosting us last minute. We loved the place and the location. Near the beach and restaurants and with your car, you can easily get everywhere. The private parking was great. The apartment is beautiful and brand new and excellent condition. Grocery store is couple of min away by car. Loved the view of the sunset from the balcony. We will definitely be back and again use it as our base. Alessia is a gracious host and very helpful and very responsive. Thanks again

The location is nice for the beach, plenty of restaurants but in May not much going on. For visiting Rome is a bit too far but doable by train. Host was helpful and quickly answered when we had questions. Bathroom is tiny and the same for kitchen but we spent very little time inside. Otherwise the place is clean and terrace is superb. We absolutely loved staying her. Caterina was a gracious and welcoming host. Very easy to get around and has quite a few local restraunts and cafes worth going to.

A great place to stay and Tatiana was very helpful! She ordered an early morning taxi for us and was very kind.

Great place for our travel plans! Gaia was a great host and made everything very easy. Apt was in convent location for us to walk around the cityas well as use our rental car to explore the region. We used public parking near by (no charge in evening from 8pm-8am) with no issues….and much cheaper than stadium parking. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Our stay at Claudio’s was wonderful. Our family of 5 had a flight on Sunday and needed somewhere to stay the night before. He was responsive and even let us check in early. The place was clean and beautiful, so much so that my daughter did not want to leave to visit Rome ☺️. We took the bus to terminal 3 then a train to Rome for the day. We ate at a restaurant in Fiumicino and had a lovely last day/night. Claudio was gracious and took us to the airport early the next day.

Federica was so nice and helpful at early check in, she helped us rest without waiting checkin time after a long tiring flight. We are grateful for sure.. Home was clean and has plenty of linens and towels. Just wished there would be more space for storage, hangers at each room, as it was missing at the bunk bedroom, we couldnt find enough space to fit in to the room as 2 adults, i wish the crib was optional and instead there might have been a drawer with a mirror. The bathroom was also missing shelves and storages for our stuff and sink had not enough space to fit the personal stuff. Kitchen was good, just wished there would be drawers and things were easily accessible each time. No dishwasher btw. The fridge is way tooo small and no freezer in it unfortunately.. which i guess the most disappointing thing for 6 people. And be mindful about the stairs to access the house which you might consider carefully in case of disability. The view and balcony were great, and restaurants.

Emanuel's place is located in very peaceful area, away from the noise but close to the beach and everything you will need.

We had a magical stay! This was the best space by far with an amazing location by the beach and restaurants. The accommodations and friendliness by Lorenzo and Michela were incredible. Daniele is a great host. Stayed one night before heading to the Rome airport. He was super responsive, friendly, and flexible with our check-in time! He also recommended a great restaurant in the area to us.

We only stayed at Matteo’s place for one night but we enjoyed our stay. He was very clear on instructions on how to get in and find everything we needed. It’s a great location! Directly across the beach and really close to the airport (which is why we chose it)

Well furnished apartment with all the comforts and the description in the listing is accurate. A large terrace overlooking the pedestrian square and the sea as a backdrop is all you need to spend relaxing evenings! Nadia is an empathetic host who welcomed me warmly, making me feel right at home. A short stay with a real impact. I will definitely return to this oasis of peace.

We had a lovely stay at Andrea‘s apartment. Andrea was very welcoming and brought us to the apartment. The apartment is absolutely lovely, a place that immediately feels like home. We could always reach Andrea whenever we had questions, he even showed us around the area, the best stay in Italy so far! We would love to come back to this place. <3

Fabio’s place was great! It was clean and comfortable. Local shops for bakery and fruit were very convenient. It is a little far from the Rome attractions, but the train station is close and easy to use. If you are planning to spend time at the beach, Fabio’s place is for you. It is within walking distance to the sea and the seaside restaurants.

Wonderful place to stay! Wish it could have been for longer. I received such a lovely and warm welcome from the host and her neighbour - they even came out to assist me with my luggage even though the apartment is very close to the train station. The place has a lovely energy, and the balcony (the main reason I chose it) was perfect! It has a hanging chair and two other seats. It gets the sun in the morning which is a beautiful way to wake up, and then you get shade in the afternoon which is perfect for relaxing outside. It's on the 4th floor (with an elevator) and faces the train tracks so the balcony is not overlooked. The bed was comfy, everything was super clean, and I had everything I needed for my stay. Highly recommended.

The apartment is warmly and tastefully furnished, has a big bathroom and free parking on the premises. Every detail is thoughtfully designed, clearly showing that the host truly cares about the comfort of their guests. Everything you might need is available (coffie pads, mineral water, olive oil, a small basket with local cookies, crepers, candies, plenty of towels- high quality ). There is a small working place for laptops. But the most important thing for us was the exceptional cleanliness - everything was spotless, which made us feel immediately at ease. Communication with the host was very easy and clear; he was always responsive and helpful. I accidentally left my headphones behind (we were rushing to catch our flight), and the host reached out to let me know. He even helped arrange for them to be sent to my friend in Rome. I’m deeply grateful for his thoughtfulness and attention. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone who values comfort, cleanliness, and a caring host!

Very warm welcome. Mattia was understanding and supportive despite a delayed arrival. We were offered a shuttle service at a very reasonable price for transport from the airport to the Airbnb as well as for our departure the next day. We really enjoyed it. Thank you! We were offered small snacks and the bathroom was equipped with different products that could be useful if needed. Small touches are appreciated! The premises were comfortable and very well maintained. We felt safe. Thanks so much Mattia!

Paolo was a perfect host - friendly, pleasant, willing to help and communicative. Although we were only one night but we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is cozy and bright, clean and spacious. There was parking on the property and a large balcony. We would definitely like to come back here.
